Today I had pipe problems so I called Rooter Ranger Plumbing, they sent out Carvelle, I hope I spelled the name right lol but he had wonderful service ! He came to solve the problem right away. He was very friendly, professional and informed us of how the issue came about and solutions to refrain from clogging the pipes again. I would definitely recommend him and Rooter Ranger Plumbing if you have any pipe issues they are very cost effective and have the best team !!.

Amazing, prompt customer service! Rooter Ranger is opened Sundays! They were a lifesaver. I needed my drain unclogged & the technician completed the job faster than I expected. We flushed wet wipes down our toilets and had been calling around we ended up getting terrible quotes from different services and we ended up coming across rooter ranger plumbing these guys are the real deal. Travis and supervisor Seth relentlessly tryed numerous ways to get me and my family plumbing fixed. They exercised so much compassion into helping us, we are very grateful to the company and especially these two guys they are the very best. I highly recommend them to all. I am in awe at service we received from Rooter Ranger Plumbing.
The crew was there within 1 hours. They observed the situation, set appt. for next day Removed toilet, discovered tree roots in drain. Gave us the cost and what they needed to do. Scheduled for following day. They were courteous, clean and friendly. Now I can use the toilet. I am over the moon with Travis and the crew. Will recommend highly.

waited all day. first 12-4, then 4-8. constant changing of time when tech was to come out. showed up at 9 pm. not $47.00 to snake sink pipes but $347.00. as close to fraudulent as you can get.
and then asked me ""do u live alone?"" creepy to say the least. couldnt get rid of him fast enough.

They charged us $700 for a new toilet. Gave us no invoice. Gave us no warranty info. We called them 4 times. Sent two emails. Use this company if you are retired and have time to chase them down 6 times after they leave your property. That's what it takes so far and issue not even resolved. Save yourself the headache and use someone reliable. Can't ever endorse them again after this horrific customer service.

I had a clogged drain and called rooter ranger plumbing and the lady that answered was very nice and I explained my issue and she dispatched Seth's Adam's and his crew and they were at my house within an hour.they came with all the equipment they needed and explained in full detail my issue and gave me several options to work with my budget .rooter ranger is a very professional and reasonably priced company and I very much appreciated the military discount they gave me. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs

We called 9am on Sat 6/3/2023 for service on a leaky sink at our property. I was told the service will be done between 11am-3pm. After so many phone calls a tech showed up to the property at 8pm and gave a ridiculous and outrageous high price of $500 for a simple job.
I did tell him and his dispatcher Mr. Abdi that you did do this on purpose to came late at night which damage was already done and the unit below which I was trying to prevent from happening. To force me into believing and accepting your high price was just unacceptable! I own few other properties in Las Vegas and I am very upset that I was treated this way!
I managed to get a different plumbing company that can complete the work for $150. It is ridiculous to be over pricing your services and have terrible customer service on top of it all!!
I will be moving forward with the other company! Not only their pricing is reasonable, they also have wonderful customer service.
I don't recommend anyone to work with Rooter Ranger Plumbing and I will also report this to BBB!

Requested a quote for a shut of valve to be placed for my stove. Upon Rooter Ranger arriving to my home, I received a quote for over $300 to place a valve. Not to place a new line or even to connect the new stove to the valve, I literally just needed a shut of valve added so RC willey can connect the stove. I even asked the technician to walk me through what he needed to do & I was pretty confused when he said he just needed to turn off the gas and connect the valve, that's it. Luckily, I was able to call the next plumbing company on my list who sent someone over to add the valve for $150. $125 for the minimum service fee to come out and $35 for the valve. Simple, easy, price makes sense. Took less than ten minutes. Not really sure where a quote of $300 for a valve is coming from, even the plumbing company that came to place the valve were extremely surprised. I will say the technician who came out for Rooter Ranger was very kind but that's pretty much it. I will definitely be letting others know not to go through here, the work and the price should be congruent.
