Well, service was great! The service techs completed the job quickly and efficiently! One small issue, they advertised a 33 minute response for $33 or ""free."" They were a bit late and offered me the deal, I refused.. I don't believe in getting work done by honest people for free! That's just me! Thanks!

A few weeks after all was said and done, Jordan of Rooter Ranger sent me a check to cover my expenses that I had paid out to get my plumbing fixed. it truly showed me how much he cares about the customers and the company. it truly meant a lot to me how far he went out of his way to make things right. Made an appointment but did not come out as agreed. Two days in a row. Just needed a spigot changed, the original time was 5-9:30 pm then it was changed to 11 pm which we of course had to change for the next morning. It's 2 pm still haven't shown up or called this time.

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. I was so grateful for their kindness and honesty in such a stressful situation!!!
