Quick, same-day response to one of our office toilets not flushing correctly. The tech was friendly and charged very reasonable price and invoiced me for exactly what they quoted me on the phone. Once he arrived, he had it fixed in under 10 minutes. For commercial plumbing issues, this is a good company to choose.

Gabe! I know it took me a week to write my review but we knew that was going to happen after leaving my sink clogged for over two weeks. Rooter was the first company to come up on my Google search and I called them because they had five stars on Yelp. Glad I did!! Gabe, the plumber who came to fix my garbage disposal, was on time and so professional. He was curteous and friendly and was in n out really quickly, he showed me how to take care of my disposal, being a new home owner who knows nothing which was really nice. I'd definitely call this company again and would recommend them to friends and family! Thanks you guuuuys

First, the ladies in the house asked me if I called ""Cute Guy Plumbing?"" So all of a sudden the drains didn't matter? Ha! Well their work was top notch. Jordan and his crew responded very quickly on a Friday night. Danny was awesome. They were very professional and the prices were extremely reasonable. As a matter fact, they were almost half of what another plumbing outfit wanted.

The job ended up being much bigger than expected and they carefully explained everything at each step. I am good with most home repairs, but plumbing is the nastiest stuff there is. These guys are amazing and since they got dirty and didn't mind getting into the business (so to speak), they absolutely have my business from this day forward.

We had an emergency kitchen sink backup in 2 apartments. Rooter Ranger was the only company that was able to respond the same day. So glad they did! Adrian was able to clear the tough drain clogs and recommended a longer term solution for our older plumbing. Adrian and Danny provide great customer service and technical knowledge. You're crazy to use anybody but these guys. I asked for a quote last night through Yelp (a Friday night at 9p, mind you) and was called immediately to schedule an appt. They arrived the next morning right on time. The job was more difficult than I expected and more difficult than Adrian expected. After attempting three different means of clearing a pipe he finally got it done. Despite the change in service, and longer than expected call, Adrian stuck to the original quote. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. Seems rare to find that combination these days. I'd give more stars if I could.
