Called out for a free service estimate. Cody arrived within ten minutes. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. The thing I like the most was he was honest. I had my pipes relined a few years ago and when that came up in the conversation he advised it could void my warranty. I may not have been able to use their service but will recommend them from here on out.

Another outstanding experience with Rooter Ranger. I called on a Sunday morning, expecting to wait for service until Monday at the earliest. The receptionist was super friendly and had a technician in touch with me within one hour. We were lucky to get Cody (who worked on an earlier project at our house) -- he was friendly, professional and totally clear about what work was required. The entire crew from Jared and Cody were polite, profession and extremely neat in there work. They diagnosed the sewer line problem, after a very quick response. They showed the blockage on their camera scope, and, the damage done by roots growing in the line. They gave us two options. We choose to replace the damaged section. After they dug up the damaged section, they re-lined the sewer line and they replaced the landscaping, like they were never here. We would definitely use them again.
