When your apartments management fails, Rooter Pros save the day!

Usually we have the management company deal with little things here and there and within a day or so things do get done, but lately our management has been very non responsive about fixing our plumbing issues and this old house (1934) has them on a regular basis

Chris came through very quickly, he came recommended by a friend, but that's not always a good thing. This time, the recommendation was spot on!

We needed several things done, little stuff here and there, but because of the quote we got for the laundry hookups, looks like we'll be having Chris come out here for that too!

Goo job guys! You've really made a repeat customer out of me!

I called Rooter Pros for an emergency service at my residence. They showed up within an hour and had our water back up and running in no time. Extremely GREAT PRICING and service. If you need a honest plumber these are your guys. Trust me and use them, I had my doubt's but they turned out great!!

It pains me to write this review because we've used Rooter Pros for years with fantastic results. This time, a simple water heater installation was an ordeal. They promised Chris would come; he was unavailable. Substitute must have been the one from A.J.A.'s experience. He came one day to assess what was needed. The next day he showed up with a water heater that DIDN'T FIT in the space. By this time I was having second thoughts but he had already removed the old water heater so we had no water in the house and dangling pipes in the water heater cabinet.

He left and got another another one. Then he left to go buy more parts. SIX hours later, he and his assistant left. No hot water AND a leak that got progressively worse. Chris came the next day and redid most of the piping. He told my husband we needed $600 of additional work. Two values needed to be replaced which would mean extensive repiping. I spoke with Chris personally for about 20 minutes late on a Friday to schedule it. On Monday morning, he didn't show up and told their scheduler that he didn't remember the conversation. He wouldn't be available for two more days.

Yesterday a friend showed my husband how to replace the first value. Took 20 minutes, no repiping, cost $95. The other valve is optional so we're leaving it and Rooter Pros alone. Maybe they just got too big. I don't know. Chris is a magician with plumbing. He can do anything. If you can get him.

I feel sorry for their office gal. She is terrific.

I am not the one to write a review, I usually just get the service and think nothing of letting the company (or other people for that matter) know how things went. I can honestly say that these guys aren't called pros for nothing! These guys were absolutely awesome! Chris was a great technician and he even cleaned up under the sink once he was finished with his duties. The price was very reasonable as well. They were also very punctual as well. I recieved a call from the company every time there was a change in the schedule and they always kept me in the loop to accomodate me. They just don't build company's like this anymore. If you have an issue with your plumbling in the Glendale/Burbank/Pasadena area THESE ARE THE GUYS TO CALL!

Chris came out to my house because I need my faucet changed and under my sink was leaking. When he arrived he noticed that the pipes to the faucet were leaking als. Because he is an excellent plumber he went under house and noticed that my water lines were splitting and leaking water to (homeowner's nightmare). He took pictures of it, the pipes looked terrible. He and his worker worked for 3 days replacing the pipes, my faucet, and fixed under my sink. They both were wonderful, neat, and professional. After they finished the job they took the old pipes, and cleaned up after themselves. They gave me a great price (that 10% coupon came in handy) on the job plus I now have clean pipes. Thanks again for working with me.

Chris and his crew did a great job with our sewer line replacement. They showed up promptly, honored their estimate without trying to up the cost of the job. After doing the trenchless replacement of the line out to the sidewalk, it was clear that the pipe from the sidewalk out to the street needed to be repaired as well, so they installed a liner that should keep our nearly 100 year old house in good plumbing repair for a long time to come.

I can't say that the job turned out to be a cheap as I had hoped (however unreasonably), but given how quickly and professionally it was done, I have no complaints at all.

I'd certainly recommend Rooter Pros to any of my friends.

Great customer service in an age when it's needed.
We had a plumbing issue on a Friday evening around 4pm. We were going to call a big reputable company but we figured let's try the local small business folks first. We yelped! and Rooter Pros came up with a good rating. We called and they showed up in less than 30mins. The guy that came was super friendly, knowledgable, and also humerous. I had just had surgery so I was laid up on the couch, and the technician seemed genuinely concerned with my health, weird I know. Problem was fixed and we have used them twice since then. Both times the technicians were friendly and honest.
