Always have to give props to an honest company that's just as interested in their relationships as they are in their pocket books. I put out the APB on Yelp following an irrigation leak I foolishly caused and they were first to respond and on-site within an hour, I suspect they could be faster but the leak was right by the shutoff and I let them know I'd gotten the water off. Jay (the owner) was the technician who arrived and he was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. He was able to get me all fixed up in just a couple hours (dry time included) and I got to keep both arms and legs. They'll be top of mind next time I need a plumber for an emergency or otherwise.

Jay with Rooter Pro Plumbing, though busy with other jobs, was able to discuss our urgent project (water leak under foundation requiring a new re-routed Main Line) over the phone. He offered an estimate pending a visit the following morning to start the urgent job (on a Saturday no less). His price remained as quoted, and beat out other suiters by a significant amount (TE Certified - thousands less / Plumb Doctor - 25% less). Jay was right on time for the job, and completed it in much less time than anticipated... and did quality work in the process. I cannot thank them (or recommend) them enough given the tight turnaround and incredibly fair pricing!! They are not out there for profit alone and take pride in solving problems without unnecessary damage to your wallet. I will without a doubt be using them again!
