During his free time, Alex loves outdoor adventures and cherishes moments with his family and wife.

Brian B.I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area. Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters. Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate. He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots. It had probably been that way for years and years.
He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe. In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.
Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service. I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

Alex (the owner) responded immediately and 2 days later (he actually offered to come the next day but i was out of town) he was at my house with the new heater.
