Needing a plumber is never a fun call to have to make. I have always expected the worst and hoped for the best. I don't fear that call when I know it's to Ron. He always helps out and saves money. He is efficient and will take the time to explain to me what my problem is, how it got that way and what he will do to correct it. He can make a repair last until I can afford to replace. I call Ron and recommend you call him too for any plumbing issues you have.

I just bought an old house in central phoenix, That need a lot of work done.
I called many service companies for different type of services.
And today it was a plumbing time.
After calling a few companies that couldn't show up or didn't even bother to pick up the phone, I found this company.
The guy was nice and professional, They showed up in 30 min, and fix 2 leaks in 15 min.
They made it look easy, And all my plumbing issues were solved in less than an hour.
No two days waiting for service,no 4 hours waiting time window,No sales man that tried to sale me stuff i didn't need.
What else can you ask for?

I had called Ron about a stopped up toilet and shower. I called at 10:30 at night, and scheduled him for the next AM. I randomly flushed an upstairs toilet (mostly to make sure it wasn't draining into my tub) and suddenly all my drains emptied. I'm guessing that's a fluke, but I called Ron the next day and he gave me advice and said it sounded like he didn't need to come, but he'd be happy to if I wanted. He told me to check the sewer drain lines and how to check if they were clear.

I would rather pay a fair price for an honest plumber, then a lower price for one who will add on things, or not be honest with me. If you're like me -- call Ron! :)

Yelp comes through again!!! Found myself in need of a plumber with a clogged kitchen sink that was not going to drain. Tried to clear it myself, but the clog was too deep for me to reach. Grabbed my phone, opened my Yelp app and found Ron. I quickly gave him a call. Rob quoted me a price and told me what time he would be here. He was very professional,courteous and stuck to his quote!! Last time I was in this situation I called another plumber and was charged about 3 times the amount that Ron charged me. I now have a plumber!!! If you need a plumber call Ron, he is top notch.

Scheduled an appointment and took time off work to meet Ron. He never showed up. I called him and he said ""yeah, this is what happens we I set up appointments in advance, I rarely am able to show up"". He asked if I wanted him to come by the next day. Fool me once...

I called, and Ron quoted a price and time. Ron's son arrived when he said he would and did a good job. The price they charged was the same one they quoted. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

All of our pipes backed up today, Sunday AM...We're having my family over for a birthday party this afternoon...Panic Time!

I looked up reviews on Yelp and gave Ron a shot, he was at my house within a half hour and the problem was fixed in 20 minutes.

I found Ron on this site and he has rescued me 2 times in an emergency. Tonight it was pouring rain and I called him at 7:30pm. He rootered 2 pipes from different locations on the roof in the rain! No complaints, just professional and nice. I hated to call but knew this one was not going to drain and the water was reaching my hardwood floor. He left after barely 1.5 hours. Even with the double charge for the night visit, it was less than other companies I've had before during the day.
I noticed there has not been a review in over a year but I felt everyone needed to know he is still great. Even when I told him other companies said I should spend $10,000 or more to replace pipes to sewer he said he would be less but why spend the money now if I'm not calling him back often.
Ron is just one of those good old fashioned guys who are honest, reasonable, and knowledgeable.
