My water heater started leaking on a Sunday so I called several places but no one was willing to come out on a Sunday. Researched some plumbers in the area and came up with their listing on yelp. Made the call and within the hour they arrived to asses the situation of a outdoor leaking pipe. Hour tops after getting the part and cutting away some pipes to stop the leak. Very personable people and reasonably priced.

I had 1800 plumbers over to clean my main line and they could not get the job done. They gave me a couple options but kept on wanting to install a clean out. They tried a snake and the hydro but nothing worked. The snake they used was not the proper snake size and they did not have a blade at the end of it because he was too concerned of getting it stuck. They tried to still charge me $175 for their failed incompetent attempt at clearing my mainline. I agreed to give them $100 dollars but after I had a real plumber out I should not have paid them anything.

I called Courtesy plumbing after to fix my problem and they went in through the main line vent with the proper snake and blade and cleared the line. It took them longer to wait for a second guy to help than it did to clear the line. If you want a real plumber don't call 1.800.plumbers because they are incompetent. Call a plumber like Courtesy plumbers if you want to resolve your plumbing issues.

I had a great experience with Joshua. He had to fix a couple leaks. One leak was coming from my bathtub, the overflow joint was cracked leading to the drain pipe causing it to leak into my walls. Joshua and his coworker had to go through the drywall behind the tub from my other bathroom. He had to move the toilet bowl out of the way in order to get through the wall with the pipes behind it. He cut a hole about 15 inches in diameter and fixed the problem. He did a clean job and it took only about an hour. I definitely will call him again for my future plumbing issues.

Great customer service! Had a sink leakage issue, got an appointment and they came on time based on the appointment window. Josh was very accommodating, he dissected the kitchen sink issue and realized it was not a plumbing issue. It was a caulking issue that needed to be resealed along the kitchen sink moldings. He did a courtesy consult and did not charge for coming out. Reliable and honest customer service !
