I think they overprice their service, I had a plumber Nathan coming over to repipe kitchen sink( 4 pieces of plastic pipes) and add a part on laundry cold water hose. The plumber took 40 mins to get it done (despite buying parts from Home Depot) and guess what he asked for $479.
And we found the laundry started to leak right after the plumber left, so we had to contact the complete to send the plumber back next day to rework.
The work is fairly simple but took so much money and time. I still give 4 stars as the owner responded fast and the Nathan actually apologized and redone his work.

Best plumbing company ever! Stand up guys! Honest people, hard working, professional, and efficient. Both of our bathrooms weren't working & our home warranty insurance didn't want to cover it, took our home warranty forever to get in touched with us. Called Josh and within hours we had a plumber (Nate) out to our home and assessed the situation. Next morning Lee (the technician God) came and fixed both our bathrooms, not only that but he explained to us with visuals what was wrong with our plumbing system, so much patience! This company is amazing! Definitely recommend them! :) if I could rate this more than 5 stars I would! Also Lee even left my floors clean, I mean who does that lol?? Stand up guy!

Called them mid afternoon. They had a schedule from 6pm-7pm. I gave them sufficient window time to show. I had called several times to give them opportunity for business. Each time they stated they are on the way. Last two times told in traffic. Only from Montebello to Pico Rivera. If used, I hope you don't have major problems to get resolved. Two and half hours wait past the initial call time of 3:50 PM puts it at more than 4 hours to wait. The answer services/ receptionist was nice but company representative was late beyond schedule. Apology was given. May try another day.

First things first, the 5 star rating is for Arturo. He came out and gave me an estimate for a leak near my water meter but unfortunately it was out of my price range. I let Arturo know i was on a tight budget and even though he knew i couldn't pay for the proper service needed, he let me know what i could do to stop the leak in the meantime until i get the money to fix it properly. So thank you again for being a kind person and helping out!!

Arturo came to the rescue, had a main line backed up in the middle of the night. Having a family of 5, I needed this taken care of fast, he arrived in less than an hour in COLD WEATHER and gave me service with a smile. I highly recommend these guys. Oh, forgot to mention, the price was more than right!

I had Arturo come by today and fix my plumbing issue with the upstairs bathroom. The toilet kept clogging up every 2-3 month but I managed to fix it myself those times with a plunger. This time it was clogged for good.
I looked a round for a reasonable prices and talked to a few companies. I decided to go RPM Plumbing and glad I did. Arturo came out the same day and took care of the problem in about an hour. He also fixed the leaky water valve by the toilet.
I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Well over an hour late without a courtesy heads up or so much as an apology. Once we decided not to go ahead with the very expensive change they proposed, the tech took off without saying good bye and just left the appliance unscrewed and open.

Shout out to Ismeal who came through right on time and fixed this bathtub problem we were having in no time! Very respectful and mannerisms on point. Could not get my old faucet out because of rusty bolts. It was leaking everywhere and it didn't disperse any water. Had no choice but to get it done professionally. Asked for several quotes around the area and this was the only place with no nonsense of ""call us now , we can't give estimate over message"".

Anthony ,our technician who came over was knowledgeable and honest. As a fellow homeowner he offered great tips and advice on plumbing needs in the long run. He was on time and completed the job in 30 minutes. The service for installation and not the faucet part( provided by me) comes with a standard 12 month warranty and explained clearly in writing.

I would recommend using this company again as my expectations were not only met but exceeded. It also helped that they are available 24/7 and that I got same day service. They are also accredited by the BBB with a grade of A+.

Honestly they were really fast called at 720am for water heater repair (my pilot light was out, and wasn't turning on) so they scheduled me right away for 8:30-930am
Repair man Josh came out around 9:20am and got it done fast and easy! I really appreciated that thank you guys!! Service fee was 79$
