This is the worst experience I've ever had . I had slab leak and decided to use this company for repipe . Chris came to sign the contract with me which includes repipe , patch and texture . The next day they did repipe within one day , left 40 holes in my house w different shapes . The following day another crew came to do the patch , that's how my nightmare started , these workers are for quantity such as for apartments not for quality ( these words are from their own) . Cause they were paid only for one day to finish this job( it's from those workers also) they just cut dry wall and fill these different shapes holes with a big gaps in between , then put a lot of putty to fill the gap ( I will attach all the pictures with this review) . After I contacted their boss Josh , he tried to explain to me that's not their specialty, I requested them to come back and fix this job per their contract , they did it the next day, but the ceiling and wall looked like have a lot of dimples , wave on it after they redid it . I contacted Josh again and asked him to stop by and take a look at the job they did it with my house . He didn't even bother to come instead he wrote to me that I should I appreciate that those holes were covered. After I sent him the pictures , he sent his workers back to redo it but it still came out badly( they just don't have the skill). To this point, I know I can't let them continue, I called two professional teams to come and give me the estimate on how much extra cost I need to fix these problems, both quoted me around $1000 extra charge for sanding the ceiling and wall to be flat. So I paid from my own pocket $2750 for the total cost of sanding retexture and painting . It came out really good after they did it. I sent the bill to Josh and didn't ask him to pay me the difference but I thought at least I'm deserved an apology , he didn't respond. Tuesday I found there are more holes which are not covered behind my washer and dryer . I sent the pictures to him, he still didn't Anwser me. Chris happened to be here and saw it also. First he tried to deny that they didnt do it but who else will cut the holes on my wall if it's not due to the repipe , then he said he will talk to the company , till now I still didn't hear anything from them. Meanwhile they left my house a whole mess , I had to clean not only the floor but also inside each cabinets for 7hours after they cleaned it as well cause they didn't cover very well, I had to sent some to Home Depot to buy shoes cover to protect my house . I have my own business also ,I know how important to make your customers happy for a successful business and I know people nowadays read reviews before they choice which company they'll use for their service. I hate to write a bad review , but I have to cause these people don't even know how to apologize to the things they messed . Forgot to mention I even gave those workers $140 tips for staying late cause I m a very generous person and I know it's not their fault , they are not the professional workers to do the good job . I think the company's boss has the responsibility to hire the right person to do the right job for their customers.

The worst experience we have ever had with any service people. Please be careful with these guys they absolutely do not know what they are doing! They came to fix a problem with a toilet that kept clogging and they ended up causing over 4000.00 in damages to my bathroom and front entry way. They dug everything up and it was obvious they had no clue what they were doing. When we tried calling them they never returned our calls.

After we had a few supervisors come to inspect the disaster one went as far as saying if this were my house I'd be pissed.

BEWARE!!! They come across as caring but they really don't give a shit. The only thing they care about is the dollar! They tell you they will fix your problem but really end up giving your more problems.

I called to see if these guys would install a new dishwasher that I already had. They scheduled a SAME day service! I was very surprised.

Ismael came promptly and answered all my questions as he installed my new dishwasher. They also dispose of old the dishwasher!

I'm so glad I called! Will use these guys for future projects.

For me, their friendliness, prompt and thorough work is so important! When my tub or sink is backed up, they're the first ones I call. They do very good work and show up when they say they will. Thank you, Josh & company! Great service and great prices. I highly recommend Rooter & Plumbing Masters, for plumbing issues. Thumbs UP!

Ismael came to fix a bath tub and toilet that were both backed up. He was able to diagnose the issue as a improperly installed main line that was backward sloping. He fixed the slope, added a cleanout, and cleaned out the main line. He was able to give me clear explanations of all other issues that may become potential problems in the future. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

Called three other plumbers before I called these guys and they were willing to come out which is awesome! Had a total pipe leakage and it was flooding the place. Two plumbers weren't available and one didn't fix pipes. I was so glad this company fixed pipes and was available! The person who answered the phone was very nice and they kept me updated on when they were coming and who was coming. Joseph was the guy who came and he was quite nice. He made a bunch of holes in the ceiling to check out the pipes which we now have to figure out how to repair. He did offer a couple options from his side on repairing it but they were really expensive.
Anyway, Joseph was really nice and although I think his fee was a little on the pricey side, it's sometimes worth it to have a guy who is willing to fix things and get it done right away and have a good attitude. It was very professional of him to bring in a bunch of covers when he was inspecting and then to clean up after he was done doing the work. He seemed quite knowledgeable. We had a problem that seemed unrelated to plumbing but was causing leaking and he honestly told us the problem he thinks it is and didn't try and push some unnecessary services to fix or try to fix a non-existent problem. That was awesome. Very nice people and very cool guy. They even put out fabric on the ground to cover all the stepping around and stuff. Thanks for fixing the leak!!

We had a problem with our kitchen sink and Called 1800plumbing. Lee came within the hour and resolved our issue super fast at a very reasonable rate for a Saturday. It turned out that the faucet was initially installed totally wrong. Lee was very professional and courteous. We totally would recommend 1800plumbing.

I had an emergency. I was having a party and the toilet was not working. I called and explained my problem and they were there within an hour . The plumber Ismael was very professional and helpful . I was totally satisfied with the service !

We did a kitchen remodel right before Christmas and this review is definitely overdue. Chris did a great job of replacing all the plumbing into the kitchen, his crew cleaned after themselves! He recommended fixtures that have worked out really well (love my motion sensor faucet) and look amazing. He also run all the plumbing and connected the dishwasher in a really tight corner. Chris was accommodating and worked with our schedule to get our kitchen finished in a couple of weeks and right on time for Christmas!
