Was quoted a price on the phone when I have them EXACT Description of what needed to be done.
After the work was complete the price was 4X what was quoted. Watch out from these people. They got it done but at a price much higher. Dishonest

Giovanni is a rock star. We have used this company in the past, and we were impressed with Giovanni. This time we had to replace the main sewer line - - this company gave the lowest price, and had tremendous integrity. They exceeded our expectations for price, and time it took, and care for our old oak tree's roots. Giovanni texted pictures of the process, which seemed impossible! After it was done, our yard was put back to prime condition as if they were never there. Giovanni and his team were trustworthy, polite, kind and smart. He made it a pleasure, and we were left feeling really good about this choice.

Technician came today, didn't fix anything, BROKE the toilet that was not at all broken, then told me he will fix the toilet that he brok. Instead he just left and didn't fix anything! Now in addition to a clogged line, I have a broken toilet. And no one contacted me to apologize or fix it or anything. Worse experience ever!

We highly recommend this company! Our 87 year old house had a major sewer fail. Jovany A. and Andre came out on a Saturday (no extra charge) to clear out the stopped sewer line! After putting a camera down, they discovered there were major roots in it which had caused it to crack. Long story short, we needed to cut through the slab inside the house and outside to replace the old line using a trench-less sewer replacement process. Jovany, Andre, Mario, and Anthony were very knowledgeable, professional and kind as they did the nasty task. After the line was exposed, we discovered everything they suspected, and more, was wrong and the work was badly needed. Before they left they made sure everything was working. They were a pleasure to have around, showed up each day at the scheduled time and finished ahead of time projected.

We just had this company come out to address some drainage issues we had at our property. The associate (Ed) showed up on time as expected and immediately went to work. He used an auger to work on the entry points near the restroom and at the exterior opening for the sewage line. What he managed to find was a root issue that was troublesome from the house to the street, but the major issue was what appeared to be a root ball under the house. We were able to see the backed up water on the camera that he brought. He even went as far as to go underneath the house with a sensor to find the exact location of the problem.

Unfortunately he was unable to clear the issue, and even though we were prepared to pay the $49 fee for him to come out, he declined payment because he was unable to fix the issue. We really appreciate it, especially since we need to explore other options to take care of it. And when it's time for us to put in new pipes, we'll be calling directly on him.

My water main broke on a Friday and they spent Saturday and Sunday fixing it so we had water again. They were very prompt and helpful not wasting any time to make sure our problem was fixed quickly but not cutting any corners. Andreas, Jose and his crew are very good at what they do.

So, the owner of the company began returning my calls right after my updated review. Apparently the only way to get his attention was by posting here. He came out to the house and made the necessary repairs and repeatedly reminded me that I needed to ""fix"" my Yelp review. He has since texted 5 times to ask me to ""fix"" my review, so here I am, updating again. His repairs were fine, so just know that if you hire him, and you need him to return for modifications, you have to post a review here on Yelp to get him to respond.

I Called rooter patrol when my washer and tub were backing up and I gotta say they were great and quick too they were at my door step within 60 minutes. Technician was very knowledgeable about what was going on in the drain pipes.im glad they were able to fix the problem and I didn't have to spend thousands like the other plumbers told me!

I must say I am very happy and impressed by the prompt and thorough service I received from Rooter Patrol . Jovany demonstrated a great deal of expertise, and I especially appreciate that he took the time to answer all my questions and involve me in the process. He also identified exactly where the tree roots had penetrated the pipe, causing reoccurring blockages.

The pipe had obviously been cracked for quite some time, as the same drain blockage problem has occurred numerous times during the 2 years I've lived here, yet he was the ONLY plumber who accurately identified the problem! All the other plumbers just cleared the blockage, charged a bunch of money, and failed to get to the ""root of the problem"" (no pun intended!).

The price was very fair and their customer service is amazing I would DEFINITELY recommend Rooter patrol. I am so happy to finally have a reliable, go-to plumber!

I really never post positive reviews but I have to give it to them. They do pick up the phone and they are prompt. Prices are reasonable. Couple of days ago my kitchen sink was clogged they came to fix the problem in no time. Definitely recommending them to my friends and family, I will be using them again. Thanks Geo!!!!
