Called out for drain cleaning. Their technician, after 15 minutes, couldn't snake, because he couldn't get the cap off the clean out. In his frustration he insulted me, F bombed and left. I spoke with a supervisor, who promised prompt follow up with a different plumber. After three follow up calls in two days, I went with another company who had no problems and was completed within 30 minutes. I will definately not call these guys again.

DO NOT HIRE! We called with a clogged drain that was attached to a disposal. Jose cleared the drain in 10 minutes, charged us $125 and a 40 warranty . Within 48 hours sink was slow running and disposal was non functional and we were told it wasn't part of the service. They did, however, come by and in 5 minutes disposal temporarily worked. Within 24 hours sink was clogged and disposal not functioning. I called again, was told a time, I took a half day off to be here, and NO SHOW. When I called they apologized and said they'd come at the end of the day. They didn't. When my husband called they next day they declared the problem was the disposal and not covered. Terrible experience. A waste of time and money!

OK, so I do not usually write reviews BUT, given it was a Sunday and Memorial Day weekend, I felt I should. So, I had a back-up in the rear bathroom, snaking it didn't solve the issue. Turns out my ""OLD"" home has some very deteriorated cast iron pipes, with the camera we saw cracks, bugs all kinda stuff going on where nothing should be going on... so, a quick fix or repair it. As I am keeping my house, RP gave me a great deal, they are installing a new clean-out (2 one main and one for the rear bathroom which didn't have one) and replace all the cast iron waste lines
with plastic. I got credit for the first visit, plus a great deal on the whole job, they work efficiently, plan the work so that the family could get ready for work, etc.. when they left for the day everything was working, until they started again the next day... they fully explained all cost upfront, no surprises.

Website quotes $49 drain cleaning plus 10% discount for first customers. Plumber was here a total of 20mins from hello to goodbye and only had to remove the drain strain plate in the shower to get access. They charged me $159 but after I complained they haggled down with the 10% discount to $143. These guys are crooks, don't use them at all. I have learned my lesson to check around. He claimed it was because they had to remove the drain cover it was an extra $100. Are you kidding me? It takes 20 seconds. He actually worked less than 8mins.

I found another plumber that guarantees $49 to snake ANY DRAIN.

I will never use these guys again.

Only hope word gets around enough so they can't make a living off of scamming 1st time customers.

Called them for a clogged toilet. They tried to snake through the toilet. They said the snake only goes in 3 feet and they need to go in there with a camera. After speaking with an experienced plumber, come to find out these people don't know what they are doing. Long story short I was charged $50 for this service call and told $95 tomorrow for the camera inspection. What a waste of hard earned cash. Should have just gone with who I knew wasn't trying to rob me never again

Was quoted a price on the phone when I have them EXACT Description of what needed to be done.
After the work was complete the price was 4X what was quoted. Watch out from these people. They got it done but at a price much higher. Dishonest

Giovanni is a rock star. We have used this company in the past, and we were impressed with Giovanni. This time we had to replace the main sewer line - - this company gave the lowest price, and had tremendous integrity. They exceeded our expectations for price, and time it took, and care for our old oak tree's roots. Giovanni texted pictures of the process, which seemed impossible! After it was done, our yard was put back to prime condition as if they were never there. Giovanni and his team were trustworthy, polite, kind and smart. He made it a pleasure, and we were left feeling really good about this choice.

Technician came today, didn't fix anything, BROKE the toilet that was not at all broken, then told me he will fix the toilet that he brok. Instead he just left and didn't fix anything! Now in addition to a clogged line, I have a broken toilet. And no one contacted me to apologize or fix it or anything. Worse experience ever!

We highly recommend this company! Our 87 year old house had a major sewer fail. Jovany A. and Andre came out on a Saturday (no extra charge) to clear out the stopped sewer line! After putting a camera down, they discovered there were major roots in it which had caused it to crack. Long story short, we needed to cut through the slab inside the house and outside to replace the old line using a trench-less sewer replacement process. Jovany, Andre, Mario, and Anthony were very knowledgeable, professional and kind as they did the nasty task. After the line was exposed, we discovered everything they suspected, and more, was wrong and the work was badly needed. Before they left they made sure everything was working. They were a pleasure to have around, showed up each day at the scheduled time and finished ahead of time projected.

We just had this company come out to address some drainage issues we had at our property. The associate (Ed) showed up on time as expected and immediately went to work. He used an auger to work on the entry points near the restroom and at the exterior opening for the sewage line. What he managed to find was a root issue that was troublesome from the house to the street, but the major issue was what appeared to be a root ball under the house. We were able to see the backed up water on the camera that he brought. He even went as far as to go underneath the house with a sensor to find the exact location of the problem.

Unfortunately he was unable to clear the issue, and even though we were prepared to pay the $49 fee for him to come out, he declined payment because he was unable to fix the issue. We really appreciate it, especially since we need to explore other options to take care of it. And when it's time for us to put in new pipes, we'll be calling directly on him.
