I had a great experience with this company. I called on a Friday afternoon due to a frozen pipe leak and Frank responded right away. Armen, came out and had the problem assessed and fixed quickly. Armen was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. A few days later, I discovered another leak on another pipe and I texted Armen who was back out and quickly fixed the other problem. Very helpful. Frank, the owner is very friendly, how ever he had his employees tell me my bathroom floor was rotted and they could not reinstall my toilet, when I complained because it was the day before Thanksgiving and we had only one bathroom he had them install our toilet but said it was only temporary. I had our bathroom floor checked out and it was not rotted, so I felt lied to. We paid him $10,000.00 to fix our broken sewer pipe and were told later it should have been only $3,500.00. I feel like this is praying on older customers,

We had a critical plumbing emergency most likely due to the cold weather. Armin was dispatched to our residence the next morning. He explained clearly what happened and how he would address it. We authorized the work and not only did he solve the situation but also expeditiously connected us with additional partners to help with the water abatement needs. Frank is absolutely AMAZING, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable! :) He used to be an mechanical engineer and designed the combi-core type water heaters.

He installed my combi-core water heater, quote was competitive/on-par with competing businesses.

He even came out a couple months after the install to inspect the heater heater and also help with with an unrelated water leakage problem.

Definitely recommend him!

Had a burst garden hose bib that was causing water damage in the room with wet carpet etc. I scheduled Frank on Sunday for Memorial Day, thinking he was not going to come out on the holiday, but Frank called and confirmed and came out on Memorial Day and fixed the issue. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I am a DIY guy and he did not hesitate to show me and explain to me what he was doing. His services are not the cheapest in town, but his service makes it worth it.
Moreover, Frank knows his Persian food, and I got a great local recommendation for a Persian food spot. Thanks Frank!
