I was referred to Rooter Master Services through my HVAC guy! Like most home owners, I am very skeptical when using these type of services but I was pleasantly surprised. Super prompt when I reached out and worked within my work schedule. When they arrived, they were very respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers (you would be surprised how many companies don't). They also cleaned up after their work, explained everything to me, and did a demo to ensure the work was done correctly (and w/out me asking). I purchased my own garbage disposal and they had no issues installing what I purchased. The overall experience made me comfortable. I am an overly particular home owner but Rooter Master Services definitely impressed me and I will use their services again. -Christina T.

I was in a bad situation at my house, with all of the toilets backed up/not working and these guys saved me (and the tenants!), very late at night. The main line at the house has to be snaked every year or so, and it hadn't been for three years. The property management company that manages my property had their plumber come out, and he claimed to have snaked the main line, but also wanted to do hundreds of dollars worth of additional inspection work, suspecting that the pipes were damaged. In addition, the toilets weren't working after he supposedly snaked the main line. These guys came out late at night and properly took the time to snake the main line by first removing the toilet, telling me of course that there was nothing wrong with the pipes, the main line just needed to be snaked every year or so. And they charged a reasonable price for coming out late at night and doing several hours of work like that. Toilets have been great since then!
