Abraham at Rooter Master saved the day! Abraham was kind, knowledgeable, and on-time. A North Hollywood local for decades, he gave us estimates before he arrived, and communicated directly about what would activate an increase in cost. He personally came to our little unit to fix the emergency. Once he began, it was clear that our problem was bigger than the typical blockage; we were concerned we may have to purchase a new toilet, but Abraham SAVED OUR TOILET. A huge cost and time savings. He was great, and we will use him again!
