The moment I stated what type of service I was looking for. Rooter Master respond with, we are not available at that time. I never issued a date nor time for anything. When I responded to there response asking what time or date were they referring to they never again replied

Val is very pleasant and seems to know what he is doing. He replaced a toilet for us. His price was very affordable and he picked up the new toilet and took away the old one. The installation was well done. The problem is the mess he left behind. In removing the old toilet a few of the floor tiles lifted. In order to fix this issue he applied new grout to the entire bathroom floor. He told me to wait till the next day to remove the excess grout. This was a big mistake. The floor in the bathroom will never look as it did before he applied the grout. I have spent numerous hours scrubbing to get the grout off the tiles and fixtures. I am very unhappy with the way the bathroom looks now. Val does not return my calls or texts. I am left unsatisfied and disappointed.
