Called early in the morning for emergency hvac said I would pay the fee for him to show up. Never showed. I stopped looking for someone because they said they were coming. Very disappointed.

I can't rate his service because he never showed up. The appointment was for 5:45, called at 6 to find how where he was. He did pick up but when I asked where he was he didn't say anything. I hung up, called back a few times but it went straight to voice mail.

Called at 11PM on a Friday night. Came out at 10 am Saturday morning. I had tried to snake the drain and got the snake stuck in the drain. When showed up said it would be 325 to clear the drain and 300 to remove the stuck snake. Not knowing what was involved I agreed. He spent 5 minutes trying to pull the stuck snake out. Said he would just try and clean the main drain out and see if that worked. I stayed downstairs to keep tension on the stuck snake. While cleaning the main drain the stuck snake came out. I asked how much thinking he didn't really have to do anything to remove the stuck snake and he said $625. I was too tired to argue. He was on site for 1 hour and 10 minutes for $625. I will defiantly be using someone else next time. If you choose Rooter-Man just make sure to know pricing before you schedule the work.

I called on a Sunday night and Monday morning he was here first thing and able to fix my problem quickly. He quoted a reasonable price. He offered some other solutions to help dry the area quickly too. Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I am very disappointed in the Rooter-Man. We had sewage back up in our basement late Thursday night. We called the Rooter-Man early Friday morning and made an appointment for him to come between 12p-2pm that day. He never showed. We called and left messages and he never called us back. Now it's the weekend and we will be stuck paying someone else time and a half to help us out. Based off of his other reviews this seems uncharacteristic, but we are still extremely disappointed.

My basement drain became backed up. I called Rooter-man and explained the problem and immediately received a quote. I asked when they can come by to do the work and was told they can come the same day! They arrived within 3 hours. Everything was fixed within 20 minutes!!! Two gallons of water went down the drain without any problem. I paid the exact price that I was quoted. Great service!

I was quoted a fee over the phone of $195 to clear out a basement drain that had backed up. Upon arrival the price was $205 (additional $10 for a trip charge). We were in the basement no more than 30 seconds and the price rose to $345 because he had to clean out two directions. Apparently the $205 is for one direction. I complained and agreed to $300. When you've got sewage backing up into your basement you want the problem fixed and he was already there. The work itself was fine and the clean up was okay. Just beware of the prices you are quoted.

I contacted Darrell late on a Saturday afternoon after discovering sewage back up in my basement. He was to my home in just over a hour and quickly assessed the issue. I had a clogged sewer main with water backed up in my basement drain. I called Rooter Man in the evening and got a response by Darrell immediately, provided an estimated quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment the next morning. Darrell showed up and I walked through the issues I had with the clogged sewer drain. He walked through the various options and was straight forward in price which was far in the market place. What I liked is he provided what he was going to do, this is the cost of the options and for piece of mind there's another option of viewing the sewer drain using a camera at this price option if you feel it's needed. He didn't pressure me into selling an extra option but was honest on if it was needed or not. He then proceeded with the job and cleared out any clogs in my sewer main. He was very professional and did a good job of cleaning up after the job. Overall I am very pleased with Rooter Man's service and would recommend this service to others.
