I used these guys a few years back for our septic tank. The guy barely pumped it and said it may need a $7000 repair. We decided to call another company that came out and repumped it and did not need any further repairs.

Had a backup in bathroom. Called and actually got a person on the phone. (I had called another place 1st and had to leave a message. No one got back to me until the next day.) The office person was very polite and helpful. The charge for coming whether or not you wanted them to fix the issue was lower than I expected. I needed them to snake the line. They did that and told me where the clog had been.. They fixed the problem and gave me an estimate of a fix that could keep issue from happening. I was very satisfied.

Called them to repair install mistake and they charged à service fée. I refused to pay. Now the hot water pec line never clamped down. See photos. Destroyed hard woods and dry wall. They have a no service block on my grandmothers house for refusal to pay service fee when called out to repair their install mistake. So small claims court it is. Pictures do not lie?

I want to give a huge shout out to the young man, George N who not only did the dirty deed! But he educated us city slickers to the whole septic tank process, the alarm, what it means , etc. we were much appreciative! He was also very cautious about our plants! We will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to anyone!

CALL THESE GUYS FIRST! We have a drain in our basement that has overflowed for years. It's finicky and the problem comes and goes depending on the activity. We recently decided to fix it once and for all- we had THREE Rooter companies come out and all three provided different 'solutions'. Rooter-Man was the ONLY company to spend the time to determine the problem, test their theories and work tirelessly until the pipe was cleared out. The other companies had me prepared to spend TEN THOUSAND dollars with them to trench a new line in our backyard. Shane from Rooter-Man was honest, professional, nice, hardworking and knowledgeable. SHANE WAS AWESOME. DO NOT CALL OTHER ROOTER COMPANIES. DO NOT GO ELSEWHERE. CALL THESE GUYS FIRST and save yourself the headache.

Wow! I'm so impressed! What efficient and friendly (and same day!) service! We needed our septic tank pumped--thank you, Jahkondeh and Jacinto, for taking care of that AND answering all my questions. Then, we needed faucets fixed/replaced, also done with speed and skill by George and Chris--thank you, too! It's so pleasant to have people around who are both professional and have a sense of humor (especially in a pandemic). Also, thanks to friendly and efficient dispatchers, Ellie and Norma. I highly recommend this company!

UPDATE: To add insult to injury, the tub STILL leaks!!!

Do not hire this outfit. They've got a great scam going on here. They don't complete the job so you have to call them to come back to finish it and they charge you another service fee. They claim they no one told them about all the issues. You basically pay for their communication issues.

One pair of workers came to look at the job which was the upstairs tub leaked, the tub and sink drain slowly and the downstairs bathroom sink drained slowly too. They fixed the downstairs sink, made recommendations and quoted me a price to fix the upstairs tub and cable the drains. Supposedly, we had scheduled this pair of workers to come back to do the work, but it was a different pair of workers who came to do the job.
They fixed the tub leak and stated they were done. I went to inspect the job and the tub was full of water that was just trickling down the drain. When I asked why it was still draining so slowly, they said it was because the pipe needed to be cabled and no one had told them about the slow drains. I did. I told them about the drains when they arrived. They told me it would cost $200 more to cable the drain. it took less than 15 minutes, so they're basically charging $800+/hr to cable your drain. You're better off buying your own auger.

After they left, the sink drain was still backing up, so we called them the following day to have them come back to fix what should have been done on the first call and they charged us for another service call! Again they stated they didn't know about the slow sink drain even though we told them AND customer service rep multiple times.

We'll ever call them again. They don't listen to the customer and they don't take responsibility (""nobody told us"" ""we didn't know about ___""). We certainly do not recommend them.

Our tank needed to be pumped out and other companies had difficulty locating the tank. I called around 1:30pm to see about getting an appointment, figuring I would need to look at the calendar for a couple of weeks out. Nope! They had a crew here a couple of hours later. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Even found the tank on the first try! Highly recommend!!

This is a 1952 house. Our clothes washer has its own iron drain line tied into the main sewer line 100 feet away. For 20 years it has been sluggish. Over the last 10 years three plumbers tried and failed to fix it. When the line finally quit draining altogether, I called Rooter Man. In 90 minutes all was well, the work area was clean, and the cost was affordable to a retired pensioner. Absolutely these fellas are as good as it gets.
