Phenomenal service! It was Saturday and I was trying to fix my Dishwasher (not draining)...that ""fix"" led to my breaking a few things and causing leaks under the sink...a weekend. I made the call to Rooter-Man, they responded quickly, came and fixed everything. Nicholas Berger was on the job - complete professional and huge sense of trust in what he did. Great experience. DEFINITELY going to refer Rooter_Man to my friends.

No Stars, but Yelp won't let me.. They told my wife there was a FREE estimate. They came to look our sinks and told me nothing was wrong and that we ""may""need a new faucet in the kitchen. Then charged me $200. Which I paid, I wasn't aware of this ""free"" esitmate. He basically said there was nothing he could do or nothing to do. I found out after I paid that was supposed to be free and I could have said no to the estimate price. What? Clearly there was a misunderstanding. So, why not just fix it instead of telling me basically, too bad? Basically ""finders keepers"" I'd gladly pay for work to actually be done.

If you need trustworthy plumbing service, look no further. I experienced one of the best home services I have ever had being a homeowner for over 30 years. It starts off like this: my drains backed up on New Year's Eve. January 2nd in the morning, I got a plumber recommend from a woman I work with and called Rooter-Man thinking I wouldn't have functional plumbing until, hopefully, the next day.

The great service started with the woman on the phone who was so pleasant, listened to my issue, told me that they would be able to handle it AND that they could probably have a service person at my house within an hour. What a great start. (Quick mention: I spoke with this woman a second time during the day and she was just as polite, understanding and professional as the first conversation.)

A Rooter-Man (Nicholas) did arrive within the hour, giving me a call before arriving (nice touch), and after we discussed the problem, he summarily did a thorough walk-through before getting started on the clean out of the pipes.

Well, as house issues go with it rarely being an easy fix, the clean out showed a ton of root build up within my 1950s house pipes. For Rooter-Man, it was all hands on deck. Additional helpers came (including Tony the owner) to help clear out the entire system all the way to the street.

Now pay attention here, ladies, as we women may sometimes feel suspicious of possibly getting taken for a ride...this team was genuine (not salesy), knowledgeable (descriptive in laymen's terms yet clearly knew their stuff), disclosing (roadblocks confirmed with visuals), communicative (texting me at work with progress and timing), thoughtful (avoiding mess) and for all the work they did (including crawling all the way under the house), extremely reasonably priced. All was fully functional by end-of-day the day I called them.

I haven't written a Yelp review in a long time, but because of the positive experience I had, I want everyone to call Rooter-Man for their plumbing needs.

So impressed with this company. Our pipes were completely clogged and backing up into the showers & sinks. Called them a little after 8am this morning and they were here in less than 2 hours. Jayson was extremely friendly & had to work hard to get the system unclogged. It's New Years Eve & we were hoping to get this fixed within the week, but to have it done within hours was amazing. Will definitely recommend to others.

First experience with Rooter-Man and it was great! A homeowner never likes to call for a sewer backup but I will be contacting them if I ever need service In the future. They were courteous and helpful on the phone and scheduled someone for right after lunch. They explained they would provide a no-cost estimate on the scene and we were under no obligation to proceed if we were not happy. So no initial service call charge minimum! They were able to clear a minor blockage quickly and did not charge us as a courtesy since they arrived a little late due to an equipment repair before our stop. Can't expect more than that!
