I had water heater issues earlier today and while I was at Home Depot I spotted the Rooter man vehicle and started a conversation with the Gentleman about my water heater.

His name is Mike and was very helpful. He told me what to look for and what I can do to get it up and running.

When I got home I was unsuccessful in getting it working. I called Mike and he was at my house in less than 2 hours to fix my water heater.

Mike is very customer focused and made everything seem-less. Will definitely use Rooter man again

Came over last minute on Labor Day, had family visiting for first time so was real urgent, Jayson and Nick were amazing and figured our issue quickly and at a great value no less. Sure enough it was dry lines but they were able to figure it out in no time and patiently explained the problem to me and were very quick at knocking out the work. All around great experience I would recommend.

Good communications, good effort. Ultimately they were not able to clean out my drain, although not for lack of trying. The pipe had collapsed -- which they were able to show on a camera snake. I'd call them again.

It's always on a Saturday when your sink stops working. They came earlier than they thought they could get there which was awesome, fixed the problem and let me get on with my dinner for 10 people. Great experience fairly priced.

Living in rentals, I had never had to call a plumber before. I was so impressed by how quickly I got a call back, the technician called saying he could come earlier than expected, was friendly, took the time to explain the issue, and put everything back and ready to be used when he was done. We had a blockage in our main sewer line and Nick had all the right tools to locate and clear the blockage. He was great to deal with and it didn't bother him when I was checking out the camera device that allowed him to locate the blockage. These guys are definitely going to be my go to plumbers in the future. Nick showed up when promised which was about an hour after I called.

Fantastic service. I called them to take a second look at a clothes washer sewer drain that kept backing up and overflowing. I had already had a plumber out to snake the line and that didn't fix it. I found the business here on yelp and I gave them a call. They were out to my home in a few hours. And the technician said he could fix it with a service called hydro jet. Half way into this, the machine broke. But he said it was probably fixed, but that the service is usually twice as long.
He asked that I run the washer on a short load cycle to be sure it's fixed and he stayed to make sure. And it was fixed.
The fact that the machine broke and he was honest and said they usually spend twice that time on this job didn't sit right with me. So I messaged they back to ask if they could complete the service to the normal time standard. They came back out and performed the service again and I am happy with it now. If you are having plumbing issues I would highly recommend them!!!!!!!!

They are amazing and so nice! They have replaced my water heater and have more recently fixed the leak from my toilet. Their pricing is great and I don't want to use any other plumber. I called 2 other plumbers as well and they were the only ones who had same day availability.
