Recently on a Sunday, I had an emergency. I had two toilets clogged up badly in my house. I called Rooter Man in Malden around 2 PM telling them the problem and that I need someone to come down right away today. The customer service woman I spoke to said ""no problem we will send someone down today by 6:30 PM the latest"" . She took my name, address and phone number and said to me ""When the service man is close to my home that she will call me to let me know"". I waited and waited. Finally, 5:30 Pm arrives and no plumber yet so I called back the Rooter-Man just to check up on what is going on. Well, to my surprise, there office is closed. There was no one to talk to in customer service! However, there was a phone option to talk to a plumber that was out servicing other people's homes. I picked that phone option. I spoke with the plumber asked him when is he coming down to my house? He checked my name, address and phone number. He told me that I wasn't even on their lists at all to come to my house today. WOW! Would you believe this! I then told him the name of the woman I set the appointment with. He then told me there is no one with that name that works for them! I don't believe this! Just to let you all know that I know I called Rooter-Man and I know who I spoke with. In fact, on my cell phone history it showed that I made a call to Rooter-Man earlier at 2PM. I was pissed! Probably this plumber decided that he didn't want to come down for some reason or another. I was angry and told the plumber that you probably think that I am hallucinating, that I never spoke to anyone earlier to set up for them to come down! He chuckled like a moron. I told him off and hung up the phone. Anybody that needs a plumber don't call the Rooter-Man.
