I highly recommend not calling this company for any plumbing job. I guarantee, you will regret it!!! 2 guys came out to unclogged a bath tub. The charge was as much more than lawyer fee per hour and owner tells me that was after giving me discount. REALLY!!! It only took not more than 30 mins to unclogged the tub.

Excellent. I called with an emergency situation. Had people coming in from out of town and the guest bathroom shower and toilet were totally clogged. I called at 8:00 am on a Monday and explained the situation. They dispatched a serviceperson and had me fixed up within a couple hours. Problem was fixed and bathroom was cleaned like he wasn't even in there. Employee was very friendly,polite and respectful! Thank you!!!!, Richard

Got an early morning call about issues with the sink & toilet being clogged. Couldn't get there myself to see the problem since it's a rental property. I knew just the right company to contact. Heard about the great pipe work they done on a friend's property. Thought I'll give them a ring. Pleasant lady answered insisting the plumber would contact me right away. Plumber called told him it was an emergency, gave me decent price, and made it out to property in 10 minutes. Found the root of the clog a wrapped up the work in less than 2 hours. Definitely my go to guy from now on. Did a quick & efficient job for a reasonable price.

I called rooter man to fix my problem with toilets backing up. They were excellent, their technicians were neat well groomed and polite. They have an extremely cheap call fee and were more than eager to discuss various options and prices that might fit my current financial status. The work was completed in a clean, structured, quick and professional manner( no one with their shirt off smoking a ciggarette). They were helpful from my initial call all the way through to the technicians leaving, not stopping there they have also warrantied their work. I absolutely will be calling them again for any plumbing need in my house hold in the future.

We had a water heater in the attic in a hard-to-get-to spot that needed replacing. In 90 minutes Robert, Tyler and Brandon completed the job professionally, politely, and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the Charleston area.

Had water heater replaced this morning Both Robert & Byron right on time ,and extremely professional Installation of new water heater was less than an hour They also checked out and corrected an issue with the toilet not flushing properly.
