Rooter-Man was able to fix a stubborn clog in my kitchen sink/disposal which my handyman and another large plumbing company was not able to do. The large plumbing company quoted me ""options"" ranging from $1,000 (no guarantee of success) to $40,000 (yes, to repipe my entire home!), and Rooter-Man did it for a little over $400, which I was happy to pay. I was so pleased that I assured them they are now my go-to plumber from here on out. Would highly recommend this family business.

When we decided to replace our (49-year-old!) gas water heater, Rooterman was first to respond to our inquiry and offered the best price for the same equipment, with no charges for all the extra items necessary to do the project to code and for maximum safety. They had to do some plumbing to accommodate the installation of a new, efficient water heater, but it was all included in the price of the water heater itself. Paul and Anthony were absolutely professional throughout, and when they couldn't drain our ancient 50-gallon heater in place, they wrestled it out of the house and to the end of the driveway, where they were able to pierce the old boiler and drain it before they hauled it away. Our experience with them was so positive that when I needed some drain work on our 60-year-old plumbing so that our main bathtub would drain properly, I called Rooterman again. Paul evaluated the situation and before very long had the bathtub draining like a champ. I'm so glad that I called Rooterman; I think that they are now our plumbers whenever we need work done.

My garbage disposal went out and I just wanted PVC pipes installed under the kitchen sink. Other plumbing companies wanted $500 just to install a couple of feet of a drain (no other services). Since my guest teacher pay is just a little over $500 per week, that seemed unconscionable to me. I mean how much does PVC pipe cost? I asked for estimates from Tacoma companies so they weren't traveling far to get here!

Rooter-Man came out, put footie socks over their boots to protect my floors, laid down a protective matt while they did their work. They installed a professional drain in less than two hours for $252.67. I felt so happy with the service I let them upsell me on a drain maintenance plan. We also found trouble with clogged kitchen pipes and they showed the clog to me ... explained everything they needed to do. Snaked my kitchen drain and sold me enzymes for maintaining my pipes on a monthly basis. With the initial estimate, the annual service plan, the updated explanations and the snaking, the full install, the enzymes ... ALL OF THAT cost me a mere $655.22.

I really feel like I got a FAIR deal. Not a CHEAP deal. Not an EXPENSIVE deal, but a very reasonable exchange for the project I needed to have fixed. Thank you Rooter-Man Plumbing!
