Sammy was the plumber who showed up to our residence. He was very [polite and professional. However, he could never give me a true estimate for the clog. Every time i went out there, he told me that he had to bring out another device that would help clean out the problem. Constant up sale trying to rip me off. Last quote got up to almost $5,000. Went to another plumber and got it done for $1200. I would nevber recommend this company to anyone. Only received a partial refund. Crap!

We had a baked up shower and toilet. I called Rooter Man, and they sent Jacob out (within an hour). Jacob was quick, knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. He went above and beyond with the service. The drains are running smoothly, and I can now shower my grimey self.

Jacob and Josh really did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink. They were both professional and knowledgeable in their field. They explained to us what caused the sink to clog and how they were able to clear the drain. They gave us recommendation on how we could prevent this problem from happening again in the future. We were really impressed on how they handled the job very well and finished the work in no time. What amazed us most was the very reasonable fee that they charged for the great quality of work they put into this. For this, we highly recommend these guys for their very awesome job!
