I got Rodrigo today and he was awesome! I called and was surprised they sent me someone right away. I didn't have to make a future appointment, and they didn't charge an emergency fee. He found the problem right away, was done inside of half an hour, and charged what he said he would charge, no surprises. He replaced the P pipe instead of just cleaning the old one, and again, didn't charge extra. Also. he was very friendly, super polite, and is a big fan of Stranger Things, like me, so that makes him extra cool. I will definitely ask for him again. I'm not hoping for another drain clog, but when I get one, I know it will be reasonable, quick, quality work, and I will ask for my favorite employee, Rodrigo! Thank you so much, I'm supremely thrilled!

I would like to shout out to Jacob from Rooter-man. His professionalism and reassurance put our family at ease. He explained every step and not once was I worried I was being cheated. I will definitely call them again, heaven forbid, I have any plumbing issues. 5 stars for sure!!!

Had Rooter man come out to give estimate on leaking toilet. Estimate was over $2,300.00 Yes Really!! Got 3 other estimates and toilet leak was fixed for $120.00. Rooter Man said the floor was rotted and all pipes needed to be replaced. LIAR! Tech was courteous but did keep on insisting we get another estimate. I think Tech sends pics of damage to boss and they tell him what to quote. NEVER NEVER US THIS COMPANY!!!

I guess I must have bad luck with repairmen, including this plumber. My problem, which I thought was routine, involved a clogged toilet. According to Rooter Man's website, the cost to unclog a drain was only $45, but, of course, that changed to $125 once the plumber reached my house. Initially, he was unable to unclog the toilet, saying he would need to remove my toilet at a cost of triple the $125 fee. Recognizing that they need to make a profit, I was willing to pay the $125; but, $375 was going a bit too far. I rejected the offer to fix the toilet for $375, telling the plumber I would get someone else to unclog the drain. Miraculously, he was able to fix the drain for the $125. I guess he figured better to get the $125 than nothing.

My recommendation: don't use these guys. Buyer beware!

Joe is a good working hard guy, he's trying his best to make our kitchen drain back to normal again. The company has all the machines and camera. They're professional plumbers. I would call Joe again definitely when we have plumbing problem again. I definitely recommend this company.

After using Rooterman for a clogged toilet and bathtub. I came to find out that they service out here in the OC area Which I'm so happy for, I had a toilet and sink clog in my office in La Habra and they were so quick to come to the rescue.I couldn't recommend any other plumbing company but the couple plumbers they had sent out to me we're very kind and proffesional. So easy to set up the appointment. Once again thank you Rooter Man!

Have sent these guys a few detailed requests for quote, after several days, no one even bothered to reply or anything.
Everyone gets busy, but to be so unprofessional and tacky.
I guess if they feel they will not be making enough money off you, then they must feel, they do not have to bother to reply to potential clients.
Just let's all know, how unprofessional their work will be as well.

Toilet, shower and my sinks were all backing up with sewer water! The panic that I felt left me discouraged and feeling like my plumbing wouldn't be fixed soon enough for my family to shower and get ready for work. I searched for local plumbers in my area and decided to call Rooter Man. A gentleman by the name of Eric came out and saved the day. Now I feel silly for panicking and feel thankful for the customer service I received from Rooter Man. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company, thank you for the effective work.
