Rooter-man, sent out Ken, to give me a quote. I explained in detail the work to be done on the telephone to the person that dispatched Ken.
Scope of work: Extend or add an additional water line to already existing bathroom that has one sink, now going to two sinks. The Sheetrock is off the wall exposing the area to work. The new cabinet is stand alone & has the two sinks in the cabinet. All that is needed is the addition of a water line & drain pipes to the new sink. Ken felt this job would take 2 days at $3,360.00. OUTRAGEOUS. Consumer beware!

My parent called Rooter-Man Plumbing in Incline Village, they were without water and they were there in 20 minutes from the call. They fixed the problem promptly and then as he was on his way out filling out forms, they found a leak in the bathroom, and he said he would fix the leak there as well. So they guy went to get more parts, fixed the sink and they were all fixed in no time. Great service, great price.

Wonderful service! We had no hot water and they arrived in less than an hour, fixed the issue and saved the day - more like saved the week! I wish I had known about this company 20 years ago when we bought the house. Another company might have tried to tell us the issue was irreparable and that we needed a new water heater but not this company. They were professional and HONEST! When we do need to replace the water heater, we will be using them. Best service ever!

We called them on a Sunday and to their credit they responded promptly. The problem was that when we first contacted them they said it would be a couple of hours and my wife took care of the problem (a chunk of ice fell off the roof and turned on the outside water spigot. I was in Elko and told her to check that out and that was the problem) They showed up within a half hour as my wife was calling everyone back to say she got it fixed. He wanted to charge us and sat in the front yard for an hour and then left an invoice in the mailbox that was for N/C which was appreciated. However not before he became very rude with my wife about showing up. The person on the phone was just as brisk and rude to her. I would have been happy to pay them their minimum charge as it was a Sunday and I have been in the construction business here in South Lake since 81'. Skibum Family Inc. dba K & K Services. I was not here to handle the situation. I appreciate their promptness but could do without their rudeness to my wife. Just a note about their contracts, they have a statement on the bottom that states "" We charge by the job, not the hour"" They did not do anything nor did they do a ""job"" Contact me and I will pay the $90 show up fee but not without an apology. Just bought a house and of course the kitchen sink clogged on day 3. Ryan came out on a Saturday as requested, giving me 30 minutes notice of arrival so I could run to town first. He explained what needed to be done, quickly and efficiently unclogged the drain, provided advice on how to avoid it in the future. Taking one star away because price was unclear on the phone. I was told it was a $75 charge because it was Saturday (and would be cheaper on Monday), but it turned out to be a $75 premium to come on Saturday, plus the standard charge of $235. But hey, my sink drains now.

I discovered we had a plumbing emergency in our Cabin on a Sunday morning which caused a major burden to our elderly parents who traveled great distances to stay with us. Ralph and his team called us back immediately after placing a call and had someone out to repair out issue within hours.

Turned out the issue I had was covered through my home warranty, however it took a ton of coordination between Ralph (Rooter-Man) and our warranty company.

Ralph spent his time with multiple phone calls over several days working through the warranty company's red tape and helped us get back a reimbursement.

I would highly recommend them for your job, Ralph was extremely service oriented.

I had a GREAT experience with the guys at Rooter-Man Plumbing. I called around 12:30pm with an emergency call to make sure I did not have a gas leak. They were there within the hour and checked everything out. Everyone I talked to was so experienced and detailed in their response to me. We recently had a bear break into both the main house and the guest house and they let me know the bear that had entered and turned the water on and that caused the water heater to work super hard for about a month. This caused the garage to smell like gas. They informed me we need a new water heater but let me know it can wait till after my guests depart from the home on Sunday . My overall experience was 5 star. Intelligent people with accurate knowledge of what they are doing. I will absolutely be using this company for the rest of the vacation rentals I manage in the area.
