I had amazing service!!! I called and within an hour or two a technician was at my house. Jacob went above and beyond when he came out on Christmas Eve. He made sure that before he left he was certain our problem had been resolved. His customer service was exceptional. He explained things throughly so we knew exactly what was going on and what he would be handling. Jacob was the best again for saving us on Christmas Eve.

Santos was more knowledgeable than previous plumbers and provided helpful information, suggesting of pipe repairs under the driveway are needed, it can be done for $2,350 and not the $4k+ Most Valuable Plumber MVP suggested.

Call them to unclog main line, the next day the problem wasn't fix. Called them back they said they have to charge me again!!!!!
Where is the guarantee?!!!!!

I am really surprise that this company has such good reviews and I wish I could be the person to add another good review, however I had a really bad experience with Rooter Man and feel the need to explain why. The day before Thanksgiving we had a sewage back up and a nice man named Jacob came out and hydro-jetted the pipe and got the clog out. Unfortunately, the clog came back at the weekend. The plan was to use a stronger hydro-jet machine and then send a camera down again to see where and what the problem was and maybe get the root pushed through. The 2nd hydro-jet performance was never done. I asked them to come and get me before they did it so I could watch, which they never did. They just came and got me telling me that it didn't work, so they went on to show me on the camera that the root that was blocking the pipe. The lead technician George went on to tell me that the pipe had been already compromised and the only way to fix this was to send a 44 foot sleeve through to fix it. This would cost me $10,600. and mind you I have already paid them almost $3000 just to go down and look which was also supposed to include the hydro-jetting (which was never done). I was honestly shocked. I am a new widow and can barely keep this house and to now come up with this amount of money was honestly not doable. I decided to get a couple of other quotes before trying to figure it out. I called a local guy who is amazing and DID hydro-jet for like an hour and eventually, he got the root out and also found that the pipes are fine. There is no broken pipe! Charged me a fraction of what Rooter Man charged me for digging a hole and looking into my pipe with a camera! I highly suggest you go with someone local to your neighborhood, that cares about the people he is taking care of. It's not easy finding people you can trust and this is why! I called to complain and was supposed to get a call back and haven't as of yet.

I have very bad experience with this company. We called them to fix one issue and they left with a different issue without any offer to remediat. Supervisor literally told me that he does not mind if I complain to the company. I would never recommend or ever do any business with anyone associated with this company.

Colin was a complete gentleman. He very quickly confirmed the problem. Troubleshooted, explained the dilemma with simple detail, and was extremely patient and kind with a curious kitten who was in his space, all the while. He gave us an honest summation of what needs to be fixed and did not even charge us for his gracious time and quote. This team/business is highly recommended!

Amazing. This company was such a pleasure to work with. They made a disaster in my whole downstairs area as bareable as can be. The people on the phones to book an appt were great and highly communicative but the plumbing service itself was extremely top notch. We had Jacob come through and he was highly knowledgeable, found the problem the 1st minute he came in and his costumer service, work, and personality were stellar. Highly recommend also they only charged me $49 for the amount of work that was done I feel like I was stealing from them. Thank you Jacob and Josh! I couldn't recommend this place any more.

Terrible service. Made an online appointment for today which they canceled without any call back stating that they tried to confirm at 730am when in-fact I never received any calls window time was 7am to 9am. They tried to reschedule for the next day but its already been 2 days without water and it was my only day off. I had to call 2 different offices as the confirmation email had the wrong office number on it (LA county, which I reside in, and had me call the Orange county office ) This is not how you handle business making someone wait while never intending to show up!
