Called to fix a backed up kitchen sink. I was able to unclog it before he showed up but know from years past that kitchen and washer share a drain line so just needed our main snaked. Well they sent me a salesman, not a plumber. He couldn't get the main cap off, told me that someone glued it shut. Then he looked in our sewer line and told me we have roots and needed a $1300 hydro jet service. I do not have any trees or bushes near sewer line so not sure where he said he saw roots, without a camera or shining a flash light in the drain. He was there less than 20 mins, did absolutely nothing but try and sell me the hydro jet service and I was charged $59.99 for a service call. Husband came home went out to the main and got the cap off no problem, was not glued shut! Husband called company and they did issue a refund, that is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

What I assumed was a small plumbing problem with a leaking angle shutoff under my sink turned into a major emergency repair when Jose discovered that the main shutoff valve to the house was defective, and that he could not shut off the water. He performed the necessary repairs expertly. I am forever thankful to Jose for saving us from what could of been a major flood.

Our mainline broke and they came out and dealt with the problem. Other companies wanted to charge us just to come out and see. They worked tirelessly all through the weekend and finished the job. Kind, friendly, and respectful technicians

Had a clogged shower drain over the weekend. Tried everything on my own to clear it, including Hair and Grease from Home Depot. Nothing worked. Gave them a call at 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday evening and they were here by 7:30 p.m. Few minutes later, my shower drain is finally cleared! I was really hesitant to use this company, it's hard to trust any plumbing service usually they try to hustle you for something else. I paid what I was quoted over the phone, nothing more or less. Considering the after hours response on a weekend, the price was right and the service was great! Would definitely use them in the future if needed.

Sam K and his team were a great group, super resonsive and very professional. They were very empathetic and knew what it meant for a family to be displaced due to unexpected emergency that put them out. Sam and his team left no stone unturned before arriving at the diagnosis and ultimate repair. Through it all they communicated with us frequently. We always knew what they were doing and what would happen next. I'm sure what would normally have taken 3-4 days, they completed in two. I am very happy with there work. If I'm lucky I won't work with them again. And if you're lucky in your moment of chaos, they too will help you feel less alone and very cared for. Recommendation without reservation for sure! David was super helpful and really took the time to go above and beyond to unclog my two upstair toilets. He was super efficient and very nice. Highly recommend his services. I really appreciate the effort he took to unclog my toilets.

Avoid this company. I can't wait for these guys to get busted by investigative reporting! As I read several reviews these scam artists really did follow the formula as follows:
1. technician comes out and reports that the 49 dollar special doesn't apply to your drain.
2. The attempt at snaking the drain failed!
3. The hydro jet must be used to unclog the problem for 500 or more.
4. The hydro jet failed and they must repipe at a cost of 2800 dollars.
...and they kept going.
As I cut my losses from the hydro jet and paid, there were literally 5 or 6 guys standing around that created a feeling of organized crime!!!
In addition the technician left without reattaching the j pipe under the sink, all of the supplies from under the kitchen sink left out, and dirty boot prints all over the place!
