Recommended Customer Reviews

Their hourly rate is $189..... most plumbers are $100 an hour. Two hours of work and a $30 plastic wall mounting brought my bill to over $460.

If I could give NO STARS, then I would. Worse customer service ever. Amanda is so RUDE and NASTY and is a service representative for the company. The plumber came out to the home in pooler, GA and had to return 2 weeks later for same problem. Six months later we find out about that we should have been charged the second visit. Amanda's excuses was the gentlemen was new and should have charged us on the spot, yet still blamed us for not paying the bill. Again, why are we being told now about a charge that was supposedly covered under the first visit since it was only 2 weeks later with sewage backing into our tubs. The owner Linda spoke to my husband and was not any nicer. We have never been spoken to like trash, we always pay our bills and have no problems paying a bill, but I refuse to pay for a bill that I was unaware of and especially if someone is VERY rude about it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! NO INTEGRITY!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! BEWARE!!!

George W. was great! We didn't expect him to come until tomorrow but he responded quickly and fixed the problem in my store very quickly. During his visit we had an emergency situation in which he stayed very calm during. His quick response to our store problem and calm demeanor during an emergency situation was heavily appreciated. I would highly recommend George to anyone in need of a good plumber!

PART 1 Is there such a thing as a plumber in Savannah that I professional, KNOWS what they are doing & has integrity? I thought that I had found one in Rooter Man, I was wrong. I originally asked friends for the name of a reliable plumber-they all hesitated having had less that optimal experiences. I looked in the YP & chose Rooter Man (5/6). . My original problem was a leak coming from the kitchen which shares a wall with the Living Room which is carpeted. A nice young man came out looked under the sink and at the nowTheir Leak detection expert was training someone & would not be able to come out until Monday (5/9). The carpet was wet against the wall , so I had borrowed a wet vacuum to keep it as dry as possible over the weekend. When no on showed Monday AM I called again & 2 gentlemen came. After spending 2 (?) hours I pulled out the dishwasher waster came with it. Here is what is written on the Job Description that they gave to me. I was SO relieved as they told me that it was not a n under slab leak which would have cost several thousand dollars which I didn't have. Anyway, """"Supply all labor material & equipment to Determine cause of leak in living room. Leak appeared to be coming from the kitchen. Tested drain, Run washing machine to see if cast iron was leaking. Turned off water at meter, hooked up airi compressor to test water lines. Water lines held air. Finally turned the water on & found at that the dishwasher connection was leaking. Tightened water connection. Turned the water off under the sink at the request of the homeowner. I wrote them a check for $250.00 & felt happy. (I hadn't used the dishwasher in 4 years so that was fine with me) The leaking did not stop & the carpet got wetter. After 4 days I decided vacuuming the water & using the fans wasn't working & called again Jeremy said that he would come out on Monday. When No one showed. I moved all of the furniture out of the liing room except the piano which I could not budge (I am 70 years old). I will continue with PART 2 shortly. After spending some time here(the 2 new plumbers) only charged me $49.00 and told me that my SINK NEEDED REBUILDING. NEW GARBAGE DISPOSAL, PIPES FAUCET Etc., etc., etc., the cost was more than $1200-this time they did not leave a description. Also that I should get Serv-Pro out here. They left & I called Serv Pro for an estimate. They would not come until the Plumbers finish because plumbers often change their minds & then they have to return! HELP. I realize that Customer Service is all but dead in this country but this is ridiculous! I was SO disappointed, I thought that I had found a Plumber that I would use and recommend! :o( Why didn't the first 2 plumb.ers see all of this? I feel like I am owed $250.00

Called on a Saturday due to a water leak at the main service line. Scott was great and dispatched a tech right away. Kenneth arrived and it was pouring down rain so I sent him back until Sunday. He came out first thing in the morning after having been up all night and fixed my leak. Total cost was extremely reasonable and I plan on using them again.

A COMPLETE RIP OFF. The guy came in, says he did work he did not do. Charged $600 for putting a piece of plastic handle on---says he """"restored"""" 2 toilets. BTW the plastic did not solve the flushing problem on the ONE toilet he was asked to give a price for. Rooterman Plumber-Guyton,GA

Terrible!! Even though the people were nice,I will not call them again. I was having problems with my washer drain pipe backing up and overflowing when my washer would start pumping the water out. Called Mr.Rooter to have someone come to take a look at it and they looked, tried to use an auger with no outcome. My piping had apparently broken their auger wire and so they charged me for the wire even when the problem was not fixed. Will not be calling them again. I don't understand where they get the reviews on their website from because I cannot find them anywhere. Now they are trying to tell me that The fee they charged me for was just the simple standard fee to clean a washer drain pipe. Almost $200 for something that is not even fixed? How can a company avoid telling people, when they repeatedly ask, how much having someone come to their house is going to be and then expect them to be ok when they are sprung with a ridiculous monetary amount? Will never call these plumbers again when I could easily have someone else, who I trust, to come and do the exact same things they did.
