Lynda and I bought the Rooter-Man franchise back in 2004. I spent seven years as a service plumber in the South Sound. After working for two great companies, it was time to start our own. Once I earned my residential and journeyman licenses, we began taking calls in January 2005. In seven years, we have increased our fleet to four service vans. We are proud to have our son Paul, grandson Jared, and Brittany's fiancé Anthony on our team. Proudly veteran-owned, we serve our community. All of us, except Jared, are veterans from the Navy or Army. Feel free to call us with any plumbing questions. Schedule your free in-home estimate with us, available weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Best regards,

I hired these guys and they took care of the issue I had about three years ago. Although the price might be a little high I firmly believe that saying ""You pay for what you get"" and the quality and care they put in their work shows. They know what they're doing and I truly hope they're around for a long time. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Oh, and sign up for the package program it helps.

Great job on the replacement of bathroom shower fixtures. Pleasant to work with and very professional. Plan to use them on any of my future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them and will be telling any family and friends to make them their only call for a plumber.

Paul and Anthony came to my grandmas house to fix a broken toilet, and a leaking drain line. They were very professional and extremely kind. They were articulate and described the problem simply for her. Reasonably priced and efficient workers. Will definitely call back for future business.

If you want quality work at a price most can't afford call Rooter-Man. I was charged $496 to replace two Kitchen Sink Basket Strainer Replacement.(part cost around $15 each) The work was done in a rental property while I was out of state. Total time from start to finish, right around one hour. I believe most of us can't afford to pay $500 an hour, but if you can call Rooter-Man.

Excellent customer service, promptly attended to our problem with a leaking water heater, at much less cost than we had expected. I'm a very happy customer!

I have never had to call a plumber before, my husband was the handiest man alive. Now that he is gone, the water backed up in my sinks in the kitchen and I had no idea what to do other than put liquid plummer down, which did not work.
I checked Angie's list and within just a few minutes a gentleman from rooter-man called me and said he could come right then and he was here within about 30 minutes.
He ran a snake into the drain twice and I was back in business and thrilled. I was not thrilled with the bill, $422.90 for less than an hours work.
I have always said I was coming back in my next life as a jet fighter pilot but now I am thinking if I come back as a plumber I could probably buy my own jet.

Quick, professional, and honest, if their work holds up throughout the years then this will be one of the best in-house contractors I've had do work for me.

The service team was prompt and setting up service was a breeze. The average price to replace a main pressure relief valve in my area is $239 for labor and then charge for the parts. I didn't get a number of quotes because I had a time issue. After the service was complete (yes, I got an estimate) and I looked at average prices for the service in my area, they charged 3 times the average price. They provided great service (a plus), but way above the average cost.

Wonderful service and tips too. Very efficient and knowledgeable; wouldn't hesitate to call again. Matter fact, also, city discovered a small water leak, referred me to a leak detection service and may have come out to repair if I cannot do.

I needed two of my toilets snaked when I moved in to a house i just purchased. I called several places and Rooter man was the first to respond. They charged me over $200 a toilet and then recommended $1400 worth of upgrades that I had no interest in. After they left I was quoted $100 an hour from another company. They told me they could have done all three of my toilets in that time. I know they could have achieved this because Rooter Man was done in 45 minutes. They took advantage of the situation and are out to rake you over the coals.
