Founded in 1990, Rooter Man of Southern Maine began operations 23 years back and joined the M2 Service Group family. M2 Service Group LLC offers a range of utility and facility services committed to excellence, trust, and service. We believe is to prioritize our customers in all aspects of our work -- in a timely, effective, cost-efficient, and comprehensive manner. Bringing Rooter Man into our group enhances our service offerings: merging our service divisions, it allows M2 to maximize streamline back office tasking and significantly improve our service delivery to customers.

The owner, Steve Sewall heads M2 Service Group. Before this, he ran a company named Tradewinds which was a full-service mechanical company. Following the sale of Tradewinds to Lennox, Intl, he launched M2. His strategic insight guides our operations and has positioned M2 to provide top-notch HVAC and Drain Services.
