We have used them 3 times through our warranty program. Each time we have used them they have done a great job.

They do not stand by their work, and the plumber that came out was extremely rude. We were quoted to have them come out from 10 am - noon so we woke up early 7 am to break up the concrete so they can have access to the quick connect to our main line. They decided to come 2 hours early and said they wouldn't be able to come back durning the quoted time so they charged us to break up the concrete which would have been ready if they were on time or communicated with us the day before. They also were rude to our neighbor and asked him why doesn't he come over and help (in a non sarcastic tone). They told us we wouldn't have any problems for over a year and in less than 5 months (now) we have raw sewage that they say they aren't accountable for. I would go with a different local mom and pop shop and save the hassle of dealing with this company.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. $130 service call to tell us they can't troubleshoot a hot water heater issue, and we'd be better off buying a new one because they would simply have to replace parts until it started working. I called and expressed my concerns to Dawn and apparently they stand behind this ""quality"" of service. They say you live and learn, and this is one of those occasions I get to inform other people before they call this business and find themselves with a hefty bill and nothing to show for it.

Update: Hired a reputable company who was able to troubleshoot and identify the controller was bad. Cost of service and part - $200.

This morning our hot water heater went out. We called Rooter Man here in Omaha to schedule an appointment. To us this is an emergency, and I spoke to a gal in the office right at 8 am and she scheduled us for between 1 and 3 pm today. At 2:00 pm I got a phone call and she said that they have had several emergencies and could not get to us until this Friday. I guess she did not consider this an emergency. Did they maybe get a higher paying job? When you commit to an appointment I think you should stick to it. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE LIARS!

We called Rooter Man and the were able to fit us in right away. We had tried for 3 days to get a plumber out and nobody called back. I called Rooter-Man and they were nice on the phone and able to get me in right away. The technician came out and was very professional and was able to unclog our pipes in a short amount of time. Great I have my kitchen back and I can run the dishwasher and wash dishes also. Thanks again. :)

Not so good. Jared came soon after we called and cleared out or clogged kitchen sink drain. About a month later the drain clogged again and not due to anything we had done because I know that nothing went down that drain but water. I called them back. It took them two days this time to get out here. As soon as the plumber arrived he looked at my old receipt and said that they wouldn't be responsible for the new clog and that I'd have to pay again for him to continue. The reason they gave for not standing behind their work was ""old pipes"". So I dropped them and went to another company. I'd rather have paid someone else that will stand behind their work.

My laundry room was flooding and we couldn't use any of the drains in the house or it would come back out of our floor drain. They were very responsive to our call and let us know a price and time window. We were at the end of our rope and Josh came in and saved the day. He was polite, professional, and had a good sense of humor. The price was very fair and we didn't have to wait around all day. We are so thankful that we called Rooter Man and got Josh. We will ABSOLUTELY recommend to everyone.
