I would like to update my review to say that this company did the right thing to make me whole. They not only acknowledged and apologized for the failed service attempt but refunded me in full for the visit. I was very impressed by this and would advise giving them a try as they honor their work and will not take advantage of your trust.

He was called to replace a flexible pipe connected to a sink faucet. He charged $250. Afterwards we noticed a leak from the food disposal that he moved to access the flexible pipe. We called another plumber because of the excessive charge from Rooter Man. He found that in addition to the leak Rooter Man created in the drain that the flexible pipe he installed was leaking because he left a loose connection. NOT RECOMMENDED!'

My kitchen faucet was leaking and i could not turn off cold water shut off. The plumber replaced the valve and the flex supply pipe but never fixed the leak. When I advised him that the faucet was still leaking he said they don't carry the cartridge for my model and advised me to buy a new faucet (300-500$) and he would come back and install it for 299$.
I found the cartridge at Home Depot for 10$ and did it myself. YouTube is a wonderful thing. They charged me for an emergency visit, mind you this was a Monday morning. The total bill was 279$ to replace a 6.86$ shut off valve and 10$ flex supply line and he never fixed the leak. Stay away far away. This company is a franchise and we are calling corporate to also complain.

I had these folks come to my home about 10 months ago (give or take). The technician was very polite and seemed knowledgeable. They have fancy cameras that look into your drain line for clogs. In the end, they cleared the line. However I thought the price was exorbitant (roughly $500 and he was here for about 90 minutes). Also, the clog was back 5 months later (my pipes aren't that old; a thorough cleaning should have lasted longer than that). This time I borrowed a heavy-duty snake and cleared it myself.

One month ago thy cleared a secondary drain in the basement for 300 and I asked about the main drain and they said that it was running well and one month later I have stinky water in my basement.

We could not be more pleased with this company. A leak was discovered on a Sunday night in our waste pipe. We called RooterMann late Sunday evening, 8 am the next day Dave was at the door. He was great. Examined the situation gave a detailed explanation of the work to be done and a quote before starting. He had the pipe replaced and made sure to take time to explain and addressed all our concerns. What we thought was a disaster was handled quickly and efficiently. Dave gave us information on what may have caused the pipe to leak as well as how it can be prevented in the future. Dave was friendly, Knowledgeable and a true professional in his trade. We have found a new company for all our plumbing needs and highly recommend this business.

I will NEVER use Rooter Man again! I had a continuously running toiled that needed a new valve and they charged $239.00 to replace it! ROOTER MAN IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!
