DO NOT USE! I should've known - they don't give you any estimates over the phone. When the guy shows up, he writes up an estimate after I told him I wanted a snake, takes him 30 seconds to write, and it was $400! Twice as much as other companies I used! I went with Rooter-man because they were available sooner. Now I know why! AND they charge you $49 just to show up! Horrible, horrible service!

Frozen waste drain upon return from vacation. After repeated efforts to resolve the problem called Rooter Man. Appointment scheduled for next day, tech arrived on time, discussed options-and jetted the drain. Clean, organized effective service, professional and courteous tech/plumber. Not inexpensive, actually quite costly but solved the problem and allowed us to return to live in our home.

DO NOT use Rooter Man!! I had an emergency where the public sewer backed up. I called 7:20ish & was told someone would be here around 8-10 pm. At 11 I called b/c no one had come. Next morn they called to apologize. The guy got here late, (I had to take off from work), I was quoted $350/90 min - $116 per 1/2 hr! And $95 an hour past the first 90min! It was $378 for less than 90min (add tax). Tech was nice - waived the serv fee, gave me candy and a magnet. DO NOT use Rooter Man!!

I had an outdoor spigot which would not shut off. I call and received an appointment window. Tim, the technician who came, gave an alert call when he was in route. Tim reviewed the situation and explained the recommended fix and cost before beginning. Once the work was completed he did a walked through to show me all the repairs. The work was completed quicker than the original estimate and the cost was reduced accordingly.
The repairs were completed quickly and professionally. I would use Rooter man again.
