I had to give one star to post this review- but they get a zero! AWFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Someone picked up the phone and did not say the name of their company. Rude, unprofessional, cut me off, did not want to hear what all of my plumbing issues were. Told me that he was not going to assist and was ready to hang up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DOES NOT SEEM TO WANT ANY BUSINESS.

Nasty customer service. The owner doesn't know how to talk to people. I was given an estimate made an appointment no one showed. I tried a second time because of the good reviews and the owner was nasty on the phone. Terrible.

A few weeks ago we were hosting a large luncheon at my mother's house. Around 8:30am we realized one of the toilets wouldn't stop running. I messaged John, who got back to me quickly and sent his brother Rich over within an hour. Rich assessed the situation, went out to get the part AND fixed an issue with another toilet in the house for a fair price, and completed the job with an hour to spare before guests arrived. Great job, great communication and I wouldn't hesitate to use again if I need a rooter man in the area!

I had an overflowing toilet on the night of a snow storm. A young man named Richie came within an hour and was in and out within 5 minutes. Exceptional! My husband was out of town and I have 2 young kids, I needed help and they were there for me. I will forever be grateful! Thank you rooterman!
