Had an issue with my sewage line was clogged had it cleaned out by a company I won't mention and was told I needed a new clean out unit $1000 because back flap wasn't installed right. so I called rooter man they can by looked at it clean around it replaced the same back flap in all good no charge! Take that all back ! Had an appointment for Sunday they never showed up called again Monday never showed up!!

Please make sure to get other estimates before hiring this company. Our water heater broke down the day before we went on vacation and we needed hot water in our home so our children had hot water while my wife and I were on vacation. They took advantage of us in our desperation. Come to find out we were completely over charged and taken advantage of. They did the work as it needed to be performed but at way over market price. I would recommend you go elsewhere.

DO NOT use this business. I made a schdule a day in advance after being stood up by climate control. They said they would come to my house to give me an estimate and see what was going on. They never showed up. When I called the business to get an update, they hung up on me 4 TIMES!!!! I highly reccomend finding someone else to help you with plumbing. While waiting for them to respond, I called Yes Plumbing. They responded and showed up to my location with in 2 hours and fixed the plumbing. Yes Plumbing was very professional and responsive. A day later and guess what, I have not heard a word from Rooter Man. Customer service = 0 stars! Go with Yes Plumbing.

I never like giving a review to a company that's so negative but the 1-star as I'll explain is quite deserved.

After repeatedly trying to clear a blockage of my guest shower drain( in fact, nothing was draining on that side of the house ), I gave in a called this company on the recommendation of a friend. The plumber showed up in the time frame they said he would. He was polite and listened to what was going on and explained he'd need to come in from the drain access on the outside of the house. Once we found the access he started working and I left him to it.

I don't think it was even 25 or so minutes later that his ""manager"" showed up. I say that because I'd prefer to call him a ""plumbing hit man"". He started right off with this rapid fire explanation of how I had this problem but I was ""lucky"" because his company offered a service to fix the blockage in my main drain line but that they could possibly get my homeowners insurance to pay for it. He took me in the house and showed me where the pipe was where they'd need to dig into the concrete subfloor to get to the problem. Mind you, up to this point AT NO TIME did they tell me the problem was already fixed and everything was draining fine.

When I started asking questions about the cost and the exact problem he was being evasive with answers. He then took me outside where they put the camera down the pipe and he kept trying to show me where there was a problem but I couldn't see any problems ( I'm not a plumber but I'm no way stupid ). Again, they STILL haven't told me everything is draining. We went back into the house and I asked why we couldn't get to the blockage ( I was still under the assumption it was still blocked and, seemingly, that we couldn't reach the blockage from the outside. ) from a couple points inside the house.

It was at this point the manager started getting irritated I kept asking questions and at one point intimated I wouldn't understand the problem and that I couldn't even if he tried to explain. I completely lost it and told him to get the heck ( I used much harsher language ) out of my house. I had to walk outside I was so freaking angry. When I came back in the tech/plumber FINALLY told me everything was draining fine but just to be careful what gets flushed in the future. Insane.

So yeah, my recommendation is to never, ever call this place unless you want to get sold bs work you don't need or deal with, sorry, a real A-hole who doesn't want to deal with your questions or your utter ignorance of plumbing issues.

I've never had a worse experience in my life with any company ever than I have had with Rooterman. First, I was threatened to sign paperwork or Alex said my insurance would not cover me if I didn't and ""I don't have a choice but to accept their prices or they would leave and charge me anyway since I signed a work start order"". Second, they never informed me they were going to subcontract out the job to another company and they wouldn't actually be performing the work. They overcharged me and said whatever insurance doesn't cover then I'll have to pay. The workers working on the house said it wasn't ""that much damage"" but it somehow came out to 30k for a small amount of mold that took them a couple of hours to remove...not including the 30k they charged to remove the drywall in one room of the home.

Keep in mind I'm a military member that had to leave for deployment that week which they took full advantage of. I was even told not to read the paperwork they wanted me to sign which had an alarming amount of errors and misstatements. I can't express how bad this company is and I hope that no one has to go through what I did and end up paying an additional 10k out of pocket after insurance costs because they felt the need to triple charge. They didn't even fully replace/fix the pipe that leaked, and had to come back because it was still leaking. After Alex got me to sign the work order and I was on military deployment, he ignored my messages and calls to figure out what was going on which is mind wrecking when you're overseas.

DO NOT USE this Company!

They tore up my lawn to fix a water leak from the meter. They half assed the put back of the lawn with rocks over much of the lawn and the trench fill in uneven and parts of the turf piled up on the trench side(they later removed that turf). I had 3 appointments made to discuss the situation and no one showed up for any of them. Beware.

Very un professional. I call today at 5:30 for water leak on my meter. The operator said we gonna send technician 6-8 pm. I called back at 6:30 for follow up same operator said I call technician then I call you back. Waiting till 8:30 she never call me back no technician show up. Call operator again she say desame shit that she gonna call technician and call me back. Now is 9pm nobody call me back and nobody show up. That's how they do business.
