Over the years we have had some issues with both our old septic system and septic line and tank pump companies. Some companies have been very abrupt in telling us what the issues are and we remain clueless about how to fix it.

Ryan of Rooter Man gave us an easy to understand breakdown of our system and why we have issues. He ran the camera through our pipe to show us weak and problematic areas and gave us a ton of advice on what to do next. He was friendly, helpful and we will be contacting only him for pump outs and repairs from now on. Thanks!

Had a leek under my house and called rooter man. Was given a time of two hours before they could get to me. Four hours later I had to call them back at which time I was told they were running late. When they arrived I told them I believed it was a PVC feeder line however with sever back issues along with age I was not being able to access the leek. After accessing the area through a large access door inside my house, tech was able to see leek without going any further. Confirmed that it was a leek in PVC line. Tech then left for Home Depot for a few fittings and a small piece of pipe and glue. He then returned went back under house to leek which was about seven feet away and took about 15 min. To make repair. Bill was 345.00 with no breakdown on bill. From past experience, I would have to guess that parts were around 20.00 to 25.00 dollars. Awful lot of money for maybe half of work.

We had a plumber come to our home to find a leak under our home. Brad was our plumber and he came in and found the problem. But, this is where my huge problem lies. We have very light light carpet and dont wear shoes on the carpet. After Brad was done under our house he had mud and dirt all over his shoes. He went to go step on the living room carpet and I asked him to take his shoes off and he said oh it's ok and proceeded to step all over the carpet and told us that the carpet wasnt that nice anyway. Then my husband watched him lift the tarp we placed down for him to prevent dirt and mud getting all over and with his muddy shoes he smeared dirt all over the carpet in out bedroom. I understand we just rent but now this is something we have extra to pay for to clean the carpet and we shouldn't have to! I have made sure my landlord knows to go with a different company if the people who come into our home cant respect it.

My sewer line backed up Saturday night. I called Rooter Man early Sunday morning and they had someone out in under 20 min. Dan came out helped me track down where my overflow was and cleared the line quickly! He even went into my crawl space to see where the line exited from under the house. He also help me dig around and clear some bushes to get to the overflow. Dan was very nice and very professional. He also ran a camera down the sewer line from my house to the street and the line looked great! I was happy to see a root free line! The price wasn't too bad considering it was a Sunday. Dan also said clearing my line came with a 30 day warranty in case the line gets clogged again. I will definitely call these guys again if I need any sewer line or plumbing help! :)

Daniel from Rooter man rescued us! Our sewage pump failed and our entire home was out of commission. After call several plumbers, I was referred to Rooter Man. They returned my call immediately and were onsite first thing the next morning. They pumped the tank and replaced the sump pump, tested and cleaned up nicely. Daniel Dave me advice on what to do maintenance wise and how to update the worn parts on the tank. Very polite and professional. Rooter Man will be the first outfit I call every time. They did a very shady and bad job cleaning our main line
35 days ago and we have clogged line again .
Call them and was told they can come to us 3 days from now
and price will be $129 and not their advertise price of $49.
called another company and they will be hear in 2 hours.
Will never use their service again.

Just had Ryan out to fix my clogged kitchen sink drain. He called when he was on his way, and got the job done fast. Very friendly guy. What more can you ask for?

Do not call this place for anything!! The owner Ralph is by far the most rude and condescending man you will ever speak with. They charge double to triple what the job should be according to several other plumbers. Ralph is abusive and untrustworthy to the elderly and seems to take advantage of anyone he can. Again ,if you want to be ripped off and talked to like it was your fault afterwards for not knowing they were ripping you off then this is your place. NDI , rapid rooter or whole job would be a better option.
