TERRIBLE customer service!!!! LATE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Everything started off great. They came out to give us a quote and gave us a very good price for what we were asking to get done.
However we did not realize that came with terrible service and scheduling us for whenever they found it convenient.

We had to reschedule twice unfortunately because of other services being held up. So when we were ready for the work to be done we called and scheduled appropriately. They agreed to come the next day and to be here on time.
They were an hour late the first day, Showed up with no supplies, left for two hours to get supplies, cut off our water without notifying any of the employees in the office, then left halfway through the job to go on a service emergency call!
Did not tell us when to expect them back, did not call that afternoon, did nothing what so ever to follow up with us. WE tried to call them and did not hear back at all, till the following day around 11.

So that being said, We decided to cancel with them. Our business does not tolerate customer service like that so why would we want to be treated like that with someone that we are PAYING!!!

When we tried to cancel, the boss tried to get a huge attitude with us and yell and have a screaming match with our office manager. Then showed up to our office and tried to yell again and tell us that there was no canceling and they WERE going to finish the job. So we gave them another chance. They told us that they would come back out the same day at 4pm to finish the job. At 445 we finally get a phone call saying they could make it out the next day and that it just was not going to happen that day. We explained to them that they could come and get their supplies and leave.
They stormed in the office the next morning slamming doors, and making a ton of noise and ripped out all of the work they had done, left our bathroom shut off, and left two huge holes in our walls.

Please take note, they might seem great at first but they are terrible. How they have got the good reviews they have had, no idea. If I could give no stars or half a star I would!!!!
