They Always answers the phone quickly, and very professional crew. They are also very fairly priced

I made an appointment Monday evening and was told someone would be at my residence after 12:00 on Tuesday September 1st. I called around 3:30 Tuesday and was told they had been trying to reach me but my phone number was written down wrong and also that there was an equipment issue and that she would call me back in 5 minutes. It's now Thursday night September 3 and no call. I don't think that's good business and do not recommend!

Contacted them about installing a toilet. Exceeded expectations. Same day service; very clear on pricing and what to expect. Called to let me know when the plumber was on the way. Plumber was professional and polite. They are now my go-to plumber for all things.

I used ROOTER MAN years ago. They came promptly, did not overcharge or try to sell me goods or services that I did not need, and did a very good job.

Ineffective plumbing work
Date of service: 10/21/14
Work needed: clogged kitchen sink
Payment amount 151.50 , doesn't matter it works or not.
Our kitchen sink got clogged up when we got home from work. The two bathroom showers + bathroom sinks linked to it were still working great.
The first plumber we called from a one - man - company worked on it for half an hour, still clogged. So he cleaned up everything real well, recommended this company, apologized that he couldn't help, and he didn't charge me, even after I offered to pay for his time instead.
( Bonus point, he came in with a bath towel to line the sink cabinet, and a large carton box to sit his plumbing machines on, so it wouldn't make the floor dirty. Not a very wordy man though).
The plumber from Rooter-man worked on the drain for 3min x 3 times and charged $151.50. The sink was still clogged up. He offered to come back on a different day, of-course with more expensive charges, to cut out the wall and work on the pipes in there. Still there's no guarantee for the work. That was when I started to question the company's professional ethics.
Worse, he flashed sewer water inside the cabinet, spread it on the kitchen counter, the floor, door knobs in our rooms with the working gloves when he ""inspected"" other rooms. He swiped dry the water inside the cabinet, but left a bigger mess. He also poured the blacked sewer water back in the sink. When I asked, he said it was just water. On the side note, I detected the smell of marijuana as soon as he entered the house. That made me feel un easy letting him in the house with my 2 toddlers.
So I called a different company, explained the whole situation. The plumber offered a free estimate visit, and if he tried, he would not charge without having it fix. He worked on it for 10min, and the sink was unclogged! And he charged me $94. He said the other company probably said they ran the snake down the line, but didn't, and they ripped me off.
I hope to prevent as many people as possible from going through the experience I had with the Rooter-man. So the review wouldn't be complete without alternatives:
