Unhelpful, rude, false advertising! Promises Emergency 24 hours service and then complains when you call with an actual emergency at 5AM. Like anyone would choose to have a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night. Just kept saying it's 5:14 in the morning"" followed by, ""I can't come out there now. Never even asking where we were. I explained the emergency involved the only toilet for a wheel chair bound person and it didn't matter one bit. Unproffessional, uncompassionate and unacceptable.Would strongly advise you use a different service.
