I was out of the country on business and my father was home here with a home health aid for the week. The HHA flushed handwipes down the toilet and created a massive clog that resulted in a septic backup into our basement. Once I was made aware, I contacted my plumber who was unavailable. I contacted a second plumber who came out and said they couldn't help, and gave the aid the Rooter Man phone number. Rooter Man showed up and fixed the problem. It was one of the worst problems to have when you are away. They were excellent and even a year later I need a copy of the invoice for insurance and it was easy. Prompt, professional and responsive, which is exactly what I needed! Highly recommend.

I called on a Friday because I needed to have a float changed in my septic tank. The woman said they would be out on Monday, which was fine and they came around the time she mentioned. They were here for an hour and changed the float. I was very happy with the service they provided. However, then came the bill. I had looked up estimates as to how much this should cost and I found $150-$500. After seeing the estimate online I thought it was likely to be a $300-$400 job, after all it took them less than an hour. So I was shocked when the guy told me $650. As mentioned, I was satisfied with the level of work, but I truly feel they are overcharging people drastically. I suppose this should teach me a lesson to ask for an estimate before the work is completed, I was just never expecting to pay $225 an hour per guy. (Additionally, They had $200 listed for parts, even though the parts are roughly $50)

Rooter-Man of Ashburnham ripped me off. I called Rooter-Man to replace the underground pipe that went from the street into my house. The woman who answered the phone understood exactly what I wanted. She even asked me if it was my responsibility to replace that pipe. I replied that it was. She said that 2 Rooter-Man employees would come to my house the following day sometime between 3-5 PM. When they came they said that they didn't do this kind of work and I was furious. The woman had misled me.

About a week earlier I had called a different company and explained what I wanted. The woman replied that her company didn't do that kind of work. Why wasn't Rooter-Man as honest? If that wasn't enough, the Rooter-Man employees told me that I had to pay them $150 for the visit. They ripped me off! I feel that it is my duty to warn others about the dishonesty of Rooter-Man of Ashburnham

Outstanding , knowledgeable and friendly service! We had an issue with our basement bathroom pump out. Nick came by and had the pump cleaned out and all systems working properly again in no time. I would highly recommend Rooter-man for any of your plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed.

Five stars all the way! I was in a very tough spot, days without water! No showers, no washing dishes or clothes and not to mention, no toilet!!! I originally had an appt with another company...... Router rooter in Leominster, DO NOT EVER CALL THEM! I had an appointment slot from 8-12. Guess when the guy showed up, 4:36! Real nice right? This was day number two of no water. So I called Rooter-Man that night, it was like 530 at this point and I was fuming and this wonderful woman, Tracy, picks up. Poor woman had to listen to me vent. LOL. She was so understanding and accommodating and calmed me down telling me her guys would be here first thing the next day. 8AM Chris and Owen show up, they discovered not good news with the sewer but assured me they would have Chris their boss here to assess the situation and get me a quote. Literally 20 min later Chris was here and told me that what needed to happen was no problem, now I'm thinking another day without water and more money than I wanted to spend. But nope! By 230 that day Chris and Nick show up and get right to work on the first part of the fix and then 30 min later Chris and Owen are back for the next part....... the really dirty part. I watched the whole time and they were all very informative. What a great team. Great company. I can't say enough about them, and Tracy too. Two hours later I have a clean sewer line and a new trap and I can Finally I can sit on my one toilet! I highly recommend this company, never call the ""other company"" never ever. The other one was going to charge me $1950 for two hours and then $895/hr after that. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Rooter man was under $1000 and done in the same day. Chris Chris Owen and Nick, my shitter dream team!

I wish I could give 10 starts! There's certain things I'm not comfortable touching in my home and plumbing is one of those things. I had a problem with my main drain line not draining after snaking it a few times. The only thing going through my head was this is going to cost so much. I called and met by the loveliest woman on the phone and she said they can send someone out the same day. Josh came to the house later that afternoon with mask and gloves, which I really appreciate during this time. I explained what happened and he was addressing the issues and out about an hour. The cost was not what I expected and I was just so happy he didn't try to tell me I need something that I didn't. Thanks again and I know who I'm contacting for all my plumbing issues.

This guy was awesome. For such a dirty job, you'd think you'd be dealing with someone much more cantankerous, but Nick was just a peachy guy who worked hard and did a good job. And thank god, because we were just dying to do some dishes, laundry, and showers! He was quick and expedient, and he cleaned up after himself perfectly. He made a bad situation into a good situation in short order, and made it look easy. Recommended.
