I had a main drain clog. Called them spoke to a very nice lady. Gave me an estimate over the phone. 2 men came out promptly. Cleared the clog & charged the low end of the estimate.

My family has been using this company for over a decade but that has sadly come to an end. Beginning of May the company left me a voicemail for yearly root clearing service. The young man that showed up was rude and condescending and claimed he couldn't open the pipe and that we've never had it open in years-- yet we've used them every year. When it came time to pay the price magically changed from what we were told over the phone. Called the office to discuss and the woman was beyond rude and actually claimed I made up the price and they never said that or I had called a different company-- when they left me the voicemail. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. Told all of my family and friends to not use. Losers and liars.

Woke up this morning with a clogged kitchen sink. My plumber Dave Reagan from Framingham recommended Paul from RooterMan. I called at 1:45pm, and by 3pm (it took about 30min) my sink was flowing again. Excellent service, courteous and professional. Excellent well-maintained equipment and Paul left the place cleaner than before. Will recommend to all my clients.

I needed the main pipe cleared of roots - decided to try someone new as other companies in the past were not quite up to expectations. Rooter-Man sent PJ. He was polite, friendly and incredibly competent. Very conscientious - one of the best experiences I ever had with a home repair clinician. The best part was who he spoke about his employer - how the employees feel valued and appreciated. I am a true believer in the better we treat our employees (or anyone) the more we get out of them.

I have been using them for over 20 years and have never had anything but the highest quality service. I have had some nasty clogs and they don't leave until they have figured out the problem and taken care of it. A+ service!

Rooter-Man is a great company and rock-solid crew! We have a slow drain issue to nasty tree roots. Patrick came out in 2018 and cleared the pipe to the road, and told us what to watch for if the roots worked their way back in. So when the drain slowed down again in 2021, we knew exactly what was happening and how to respond not to have a weekend emergency!!
PJ was our tech this time, and he was very covid-cautions and professional.

I highly recommend this team! Thank you, Renee, Patrick, and PJ, for taking great care of our pipes :)
