Rooter-Man is a great company and rock-solid crew! We have a slow drain issue to nasty tree roots. Patrick came out in 2018 and cleared the pipe to the road, and told us what to watch for if the roots worked their way back in. So when the drain slowed down again in 2021, we knew exactly what was happening and how to respond not to have a weekend emergency!!
PJ was our tech this time, and he was very covid-cautions and professional.

I highly recommend this team! Thank you, Renee, Patrick, and PJ, for taking great care of our pipes :)

This guy actually knew what he was doing , we had a serious clog in the bathroom/drain and the plumber was able to push it all out into the main road drains. Price is reasonble and came very quickly on a Saturday morning. We had a different plumber before him who wasted our money and didnt fix the issue. Would recommend this company.

I had a bad hair clog in my tub pipe that a regular snake couldn't reach, I was referred to Rooter-Man from a plumber I used to come snake it. I called and Paul came that day and was extremely polite and professional and even wore a mask. He fixed it quickly and I couldn't be happier. These guys are the absolute best! They guarantee their work for up to 3 months, they are prompt and timely and efficient! I call them all the time for clogged drains and mystery problems in the septic business and they always make sure it's done correctly! I recommend them to all my customers and I've never had a problem. These guys are the best of the best! Highly recommended!

Do yourself a favor & do not call this company!!!!

if i could review with zero stars i would!!!

we had a clogged toilet & called them to clear the clog. they did come out quickly. the man that came cleared the clog & told us that they offered a 7 day warranty.

2 days later same toilet clogged again!!!

i called rooter-man back & they sent someone else to clear the clog.

next day same toilet clogged again!!! they sent the 1st man out & he cleared the clog again. (not without giving me the 3rd degree (15 questions) about whether we flush anything other than toilet paper. duh...no!!!

today, 1 week later toilet clogged again!!!

called them again, i was told that we'd be charged for the visit even though they obviously never fixed the original problem!

i was told that they would not warranty this time because they had to come back 3 times for the 1st clog!

owner won't warranty the work if they come out again!!!

obviously it was never fixed properly the 1st time!!! if owner won't warranty work that clearly wasn't done right originally, then i will write an honest review of the company on yelp.

i asked to have the owner call me to discuss & unsurprisingly, no one ever called!!!!

i have never written a bad review of any company before!

my next step will be to make a complaint against them with the bbb.

what good is a warranty if they don't fix the problem????

We had a clog in our kitchen sink. I called at 11AM and they arrived before 2PM.
Paul Gilbert was our technician. It took him under than 20 minutes to free the drain! He was so cordial and an all around great person.
If you have any plumbing issues ask for Paul Gilbert!
Rooter-Man was so affordable! I am still stunned that I didn't have to pay as much as I thought I would!!

Working with Rooter-Man was a great experience! We had a clog in our main waste line which was backing up water into our basement. We called Rooter-Man and they had the problem fixed an hour later. PJ was our service tech and he couldn't have been a nicer guy to work with, very professional too!

These guys went above and beyond to help me and my family get our sewer line fixed. They came out the day after New Years and snaked our system. When it was obvious we had bigger issues they came out and tried again. Once we realized the sewer line was more than likely broken they helped by finding the location of the block and marking it with a stake so that I could easily show the septic guys were the problem was.

Their service is excellent as is their pricing. I would highly recommend them!
