Avoid this company!!!! I was VERY disappointed and angry with the service received, and the representative.

This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company AHS, when I called in for a toilet backing up and apparent pipe blockage. John drove up in an old, white unmarked panel van with a broken windshield. He didn't look very reputable or well groomed either. If I had been there alone, I wouldn't have let him in the house. The only company identification that he had was a shirt under his jacket.

I introduced myself as his client who had called for service, and I explained the problem before he entered the house. We proceeded to the bathroom and I showed him where the drain cleanout was. He brought his equipment in and started to rod the pipe. I took a seat at the other side of the room, giving him room to work. Five minutes later he stopped the rodder and made a call on his phone. He was whining and griping about how this wasn't covered and that he pulled up a root and a wipe, and he didn't know how he was going to get paid. What he pulled out of the drain was 1 wadded and soggy paper towel and a few hairlike rootlets. The total amount that he pulled out of the pipe wouldn't have clogged a 1"" pipe, much less a 4"" sewage pipe. It all could have fit in my closed hand. VERY unlikely to have been the full reason for the blockage. Maybe he pushed out whatever it was with the rodder. I have had this house a long time, and I have the pipes rodded out regularly (just had it done in late October, it was now late February.... trees don't grow much over the winter.) He said that he only went out 20'... then he said he went to 60'....the sewer tie-in is at 100'. He also whined about how he couldn't go far since it was through an insurance company. He said that he had at least gotten rid of the problem, but wouldn't do any more..... more whining about how he'd get paid, and he acted as though I should be thankful for the service that I'd received. He spent a lot of time on the phone, and finally put me on with the warranty company. I did pay the required $100 deductible.

I asked him how much he would charge to finish the job. He wouldn't give me a number. As he was removing his equipment, he told a man sitting on the couch how much he'd charge and remarked that ""if there's one wipe, there's ten"". No one puts wipes, paper towels or other foreign objects down the toilet, but with children in the house, you can't rule out the possibility, things happen. This man was not his client, and shouldn't have spoken to him about anything. I saw a number on the receipt that I was given, as well as the false information about how ""he hit heavy roots so he pulled out of the pipe"". The pipe had been rodded all the way to the street with a 4"" heavy cutter less than 4 months prior to this February date. It was also insulting that he would discuss this job with someone other than his client. He seemed surprised when I indicated that I knew the systems of the house, and whatever he said after that was BS, attempting to support the false information that he wrote in the job description, so he wouldn't have to go any further.

My read on this is, that when he left that he was escaping a job poorly done. Having been called on the falsehoods that he wrote up, by an angry client. He did not represent this company well, and I will NOT be seeing them again, or recommending this company.

Very disappointed with this company.

Our home warranty covered the service fee, but it was clear this company lies to customers to gain further unnecessary business.

Terry evaluated lack of hot water in a shower and told us we needed to go into the wall to resolve. So I ripped up a nice cabinet to allow for the uncovered work. We then didn't hear from him for months and found out he closed our home warranty ticket. We still have not heard back.

A new plumber just fixed the issue in 5 min.

It appears they use home warranty customers as bait to ""create"" further issues the customer will have to pay for. And when there is any push back, radio silence.

Terry seemed like a nice guy, but obviously I was wrong. Really disappointed how this all turned out.

Be very careful with this company.

We were assigned to them by our warranty company after our water heater broke. They came out same day and replaced our heater.

They were quick, professional and upfront about any additional cost.

The worse service I've ever received. The plumber (John) came out twice within 30 days. The second time, he told me that the plumbing has gotten worse. He rodded out my toilet system when he was suppose to be rodding out the roots. He asked me to look and see if the rod was in the toilet and it was. He said he went the wrong way, smh. Then 24 days later I called because I was having the same problem and they couldn't find my file and said that they haven't been to my home in months. The 26th day I get a charge to my card by them, made my account overdraw. I called, they found my service sheet, just found it and noticed that they never charged me so they did. They did this without warning, a phone call or any advance notice. I asked for a manager and NO ONE EVER called me. DO NOT GET SERVICE DONE BY THEM. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!
