I feel ripped off! Called to repair pipe, and charged me $400+. The ""repair"" lasted 6 days!!! Called back and company can't do the job for a week! No offer of refund, or any further asistance. Not to mention, had to call over 20 times to get a call back. NEVER use this company!

They are the best service we have ever used. Their response time is excellent, they do great work. Staff is courteous, fast and efficient. Love the can do attitude. Wouldn't use anyone else. Can't say enough about the service they provide. Thank you, so grateful for the promptness of your service.

They did not do the job I requested (snake the outside cleanout pipe) and charged me for a job I did not want them to do (snake the toilet), which had already been done and was working fine. When I questioned them I was told it was against their policy to snake an outside cleanout out pipe without first charging the customer for snaking the inside toilet. I will not be using them again.
