My sink and disposal and my shower were all clogged. I called ROOTER MAN yesterday and they scheduled an appointment for me for today before 10 a.m. No one called me or showed up so I called them. No answer. Left message. Called again. He finally called me back. He totally forgot to schedule me in for today. I told him that I have a major problem and that there are hundreds of other plumbers in Sarasota. He did not offer to send someone right out--nothing. I told him to just forget about it and I would find someone else. Poor, poor customer service.
