Please help me. This company Royal Plumbing and Drain did work in upstairs bathroom on 5/18/2020. They replace a pipe behind the bathtub and put a new shower head and faucets in. The tub behind the bathtub was done okay but the shower head is now leaking water after it has been run. Also if you run the shower at high or full pressure water shoots back on the wall and leaks onto the bathroom floor. This leaves quite a mess to mop up and i fear falling on the bathroom floor. I am elderly and have called this company back about 8 times since the date of 5/18/20. They are refusing to help me. For all who have the opportunity to read this please don""t use this service and warn others.
The company management should be ashamed of itself taking advantage of a poor elderly woman who trusted that they would do the job correctly.

Please pray for me, that I don""t slip and fall on the bathroom floor while i am trying to get this problem corrected.
