I am extremely impressed at the professionalism, promptness, knowledge, and cleanliness of this company. Special call out to Luis. I had a plumbing emergency and he came out to my house at 7:45 am. He was extremely knowledgeable and he had every tool you could think of in his van. Loved that they put down moving blankets to keep my deck clean. All invoicing was done electronically. Everything from booking, work, and paying was easy. I would highly recommend Rooter Man.

Alex and his team at Rooter-Man were extremely knowledgeable in answering the questions I had about Tankless Hot Water Heaters. I selected the 9gpm Rinnai Condensing Natural Gas unit. The Rooterman team arrived on time and put in the unit which looks very tidy in my garage corner near where the tank used to be. I now have unlimited hot water in my house that has multiple teenagers and 4 shower heads!

Router man was recommended to me when our rental had waste line breakage. It was quite an emergency since we had to displace our tenants for over 10 days. Overall they did their job at a reasonable price but I would not go back to them because their operation manager was very unprofessional. Alex Gomez was rude and treated our questions with belittling answers. He was antagonistic towards my wife when she questioned the work. I hope the owner can rectify the situation because his business will only suffer by having this man.
