Russell was most professional and efficient. Arrived during the prescribed timeframe. Cleared kitchen sink drain line in less than 10 minutes. $250 however to auger one drain line is outrageous! I was hoping he would detail my car too while here.

Alex and his team at Rooter-Man were extremely knowledgeable in answering the questions I had about Tankless Hot Water Heaters. I selected the 9gpm Rinnai Condensing Natural Gas unit. The Rooterman team arrived on time and put in the unit which looks very tidy in my garage corner near where the tank used to be. I now have unlimited hot water in my house that has multiple teenagers and 4 shower heads!

We had Luis out today to replace our water heater and install a whole house filtration system.
