Really happy with how things worked out with these guys after we had been experiencing annoying circumstances with the other companies we contacted previously to these guys. Considering the first few hours the worker arrived and handled the clogged sink and toilet was pretty unproductive, we were surprised when he solved the problem as soon as he diagnosed it. He took his time but made sure to do a good job and we really appreciated them for this quality service.

This company charged me $500 to Hydro-jet a sewer line. They acted like they did it but they really didn't then they put the camera in halfway and pulled it out and said there you go you can see it's clear now... After the guy finish the job he said ""this line will probably get clogged again within a few days you're going to have to sleeve this line we will charge you $7500 and we can deduct the $500 you paid today if you decide to do it right now or by tomorrow you have 24 hours""
So I needed to get a second opinion regarding sleeving the line. I called a different company and they came out literally 2 days later and they took out tons of tree roots that have been there for years with just a snake and the hydro-jet is supposed to be more effective! That's when I realized this company was trying to scam me! The second Plummer that I brought in told me that he knows this company and that they do this to most of their clients.
This company is a total scam do not waste your money or time calling them!

I called rooter man plumbing because I had an issue with my toilet. The customer service was amazing. They answered all of my questions and came out to my house within the next day. They were very professional and got the job done within an hour.
I recommend rooter man plumbing to anyone who is looking for quick professional service.

I heard the dreaded ""glub glub"" sound from the drain. That ""glub glub"" indicates a clogged sewer line so called Rooter Man.

They came over and even used the big industrial rooter for the main sewer line, not the wimpy rooter they also have. However even their industrial rooter's blade failed to cut through the blockage.

So they tried hydro-jetting. But the hydro-jet as good as it is, could not unclog the line.

They scoped to find the exact location of the blockage. Oh no! It was where the sewer pipe goes under the sidewalk near the street.

Victor, Johnny, Randy and Jose came out. They went to town digging a 4 foot long by 4 foot wide, by 6 foot deep trench. Then they climbed in the 6 foot trench, cut the sewer line near the sidewalk, which was where the blockage starts,and hydro-jetted from there down to the middle of the street. And that *finally( cleared out the roots.

Then to keep the roots out in the future, they lined the inside of the sewer pipe all the way from my sidewalk to the middle of the street. Then they filled the trench with the dirt, put the grass back on top, cleaned up and left me with a working sewer. Nice!

DONT BUY THE 4-5 STAR REVIEWS ON THIS SIGHT. These guys are pushing a hydro-jet agenda in a bigggg way!! The jobs all go the same way starting with some rooter ""deal"" and ending with you needing to pay huge money for hydro jetting. They sold me (at $500 so their pricing isnt even consistent on this service ) and I opted to have my drains hydro jetted but insisted that they put on the paperwork a 1 year warranty. Low and behold 2 months later my drains are completely backed up again and now I have to spend $6500 to re-pipe because the guy that did the hydro jetting had not a clue what he was doing and blew out all my pipes. All I wanted was my $500 back although I would likely have a pretty solid smalls claims action for the damage to my pipes, and guess what - no one is calling back. No one is dealing with this. THIS COMPANY IS AN UP-SELL SCAM. Steer clear!!

We had been dealing with a clogged toilet for the past couple of days and it was honestly a living nightmare. Imagine only one of the other bathrooms having a functioning toilet with three people trying to use it each time. We decided to do some research online to find a good plumbing company that would be able to come and take care of the problem. After speaking to the representative over the phone we decided to schedule an on-site evaluation, Andres was the gentlemen who arrived to help us out. After he ran diagnostics he decides a hydro jet would be the smartest solution to the problem. All of the staff are patient and friendly and are available most hours out of the day to help out.

There is such a wide variety of plumbing and rooter companies in the greater Los Angeles area, and this made it so much harder to make a clear decision about which one we wanted to hire. After getting some information about how these guys do business we felt comfortable enough to settle on an agreement with them. They scheduled an appointment for us the following day which we met Sam and Steven, they showed up fifteen minutes earlier than scheduled just for courtesy and we really appreciated this. They figured out the problem why our kitchen sink was leaking and it was due to a burst pipe that was connected throughout the house. After running some analytics they fixed the issue and everything has been working just fine since.

These guys definitely have superior service to offer and most of their employees are experienced professionals who have been in the plumbing industry for years. They charge a high price for their service but you get what you pay for and that is quality and reliable assistance, Victor was the guy who had helped us out and we totally loved the way he did everything. He told us the reason toilets get clogged every once in a while and also gave us a direct line in case we ever needed to reach him for quick help. Really happy with the overall experience and we would use them again in the future without a doubt.

I really do not understand why people are writing all of these negative reviews because the guys over at Rooter Man Plumbing were honestly really easy to work with. We gave them a call after a few of our friends provided feedback about them and said they were honestly really good at what they do. We had a clogged toilet that would break every few weeks, I thought I had solved the problem last month but it keeps clogging and each time getting worse. We decided to seek professional help on it and see what they could do, super reliable workers and would totally use them again.
