Their website says they cover all of LA county. I requested them to come to our house in Acton which is before Palmdale, well within LA county and they claim they don't cover our area.

Very disappointed and not what I expected. The so called service fee is a quote fee. It misrepresented the definition of the word and they should called what it is a quote fee. The $89 was credited but the service call was a waste of time.

This was a scam. Had to have plumber come after them and clean up the mess they made. They caused a leak and then said they couldn't fix it and couldn't get it to drain and charged us $350 :( Never calling them again.

I had a back up into my house and they sent a camera down and told me that I had a clog where my new pipes were connecting to the old pipes that they had done last year under the foundation. They told me I needed to add a clean out so that they could unclog it outside. Then they proceeded to tell me that I needed all new piping out of the street and that I needed a two way clean out. It turns out they only put in one clean out towards the street which didn't fix the problem. Then I find out that where they say the clog was is Still old piping. I still have a section of old pipe that connects from the street to under the house so basically this whole thing was useless and lots of money. They will show you one tiny little scary root that has gone into the typing and tell you the whole thing as bad when meanwhile it really wasn't because I saw the pipe.
Get a second opinion before you do anything.
So they had to come back and dig up everything again and put in the second clean out which was in my contract. So basically they replaced pipe from the foundation to the street and one way clean out that didn't even go near the clog.
So between the two sections I've spent about $15,000 with them and still have an old section right under the foundation and they never connected to the main line in the street which I hear from another plumbing company that I am responsible for. Rip off!

For three separate calls, they have showed up for one. The first call for a flooded basement yielded a clogged sewer line- their investigation found a damaged pipe and they cleared the line and gave us a quote. The second call was a request to cap off the problem plumbing in the basement- no call, no show- our water mitigation project manager had to call before someone finally showed up. I'm not sure what they did but nothing was capped off except for stuffing some cloth into the pipe. A third call, a few months after the flood, was to cap off the plumbing prior to new construction, remove an ejector, and to begin planning the repair of the previously quoted sewer line. Complete no call, no show. We won't be calling again.

We started off with a backed up sink over the weekend and used Yelp to locate a company to use and found Rooter Man. They came out on schedule or if they were running late gave us a call and texted us appointment reminders. When it comes to plumbing one thing can lead to another in our instance it did. Luckily they have Havo one of their plumbers who is very knowledgeable and courteous and even used booties when entering our house. When he was unsure he called in reinforcements and they would be there to assist diagnosing the problem.
This a fair company didn't try to overcharge like other plumbers I've used. 3 days of work and they solved our issues plus provided camera services, a new main sewer clean out. Patience and trust in good contractors are all we can ask for in life. Thank you Havo!

They promise to do a good job and at the end they just run after the money, when they have the money they leave without finish the work. They are very expensive compare with the other companies. I will never call them for another job rather go with other companies that have good ratings.
I could not get estimates with others because they charged me lots of money already to just let it go. But, you do not waste your money with this company If you do not listen to me you will waste your money.

Very pleased with the plumber they sent me. Hovo was up front with the estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. He even came on his day off. I would recommend using him. Ask for Hovo and you will not be disappointed.

Hovo and team had to replace the entire, 70 year old main drain (sewer line). They were professional and got the job done relatively quickly.

Giving 3 stars because they were able to get someone out to me quickly and the woman I spoke to on the phone was nice.
They sent a plumber out to check on a clogged line in my kitchen. I was expecting to have to snake the line for $100, no biggie. He then tells me I'd have to get a hydrojet for 300 bucks. Something felt off to me so I told him I'd talk to my landlord and get back to them. I ended up calling another plumbing company that ive used them in the past and had positive results. The new plumber told me that if the previous guy tried to hydrojet my unit it would destroyed the wall, and that all I actually needed was a snake. If you go with this company proceed with caution. Finding a good plumber is like finding a good mechanic, you have to find one you trust. I just wouldn't really trust these guys, and from previous reviews it looks like others have had the same issues.
