Scam artists! They will overcharge, lie, cheat just to charge a ridiculously high fee. They are very unprofessional. they lost parts then asking us for them. Beware these con men!

The day started out horrible with a backed up main sewer line spilling over into the tub and floor of the downstairs unit.
I called Rooter-man and they got right out for the 49.00 dollar fee.

But the morning got even worse when after Christopher, a really professional plumber wasn't able to get the snake thru way down the line after several attempts.

So they came right out with a camera and determined that there were roots and possibly a damaged pipe.

I agreed on the initial repair, which was expensive, and they started that day, and finished the excavation the next afternoon.

But it gets worse, once they got to the pipe, there was issues. It would need to be sleeved from that point right at the alley to the main city sewer.
And the price went way up.

That was just scary as I am basically on a fixed income.

Within an hour another small crew came with a trailer.
These guys were really very amazing. Talk about a well oiled machine. The 4 of them fixed the pipe, installed the sleeve and had the sewer working by the end of the day

They came the next day to finish the perminant repairs.

It was very expensive, but it's not like a painting job or a fence where you can get several bids.

When your sewer is stopped, your basically done for.

So all in all, I am very lucky that I called them, since they were so prepared and experienced.
That would have been even worse if they dragged this on for a another day or two.

I see so many bad reviews here and for most other plumbers.
You know, unless you want to dig down in the muck, and do it yourself, or have the luxury of time to get several companies to come out, or hire an inspector, you really can only go by what the end results are.
Did they fix the problem, and did they do it quickly.

Everything else is just a what if.

Good company, we called them, people on the phone were very curtious, the sent ""Sean"", he was very nice and very close to the estimate, we had a very stubborn clog, but he didn't give up until the job was done
We were so happy with their first job, we called them back when we needed a new water heater, equally job professionally done

It's been a while I call a plumber, but this time I really needed one to come as I had my toilet backing into my tub, and flooding my floor, So I called these guys, and Mike the plumber they sent out to me came within less than an hour and was able to clear my back up in no time at such a great price.I was impressed on how efficient and knowledgeable Mike was, now I know if I ever have a future back up who to call.

Good:
They answer phones at night.

Not so Good:
they don't really honor the ""yelp"" discount.
Each drain is $125 to snake. Each drain!
The guy broke a pipe part and said ""it must have been corrosion"". He left the crawl space open and didn't Re seal it with the screws.

And then when leaving told me to call them if I wanted anymore work.

Trash plumbing service and customer service!! Watch out!!! This company is a scam!!!

I don't usually write any reviews but I have to this time!

I had a drain problem in my kitchen sink and dishwasher and received a service on Dec 19. Technician whose name is Jawid fixed the problem and it looked like it was working at that moment. I asked him about their service warranty and he told me that if I face the same problem within 6 months, it will be covered with warranty.

Two weeks later, I faced the same problem so I called the company to receive service. The lady whose name is ""Sarine"" told me that I need to pay another fee and there is no service warranty even though I faced the same issues. Even after my explanation about warranty promise from technician, she told me that that technician is not working for that company any more and kept repeating herself to pay another fee for the extra visit. I asked her to provide me with management contact info to resolve this issue but she was saying she doesn't have any manager who can supervise her work and owner of this business doesn't deal with customers.

Haha... Great company and great system. They steal money from you without providing proper service and do not want to honor their words. Stay away from this company!!

Bait and switch. Yelp ad for $49 drain cleaning refers only to Main line (newer construction homes that have that piping installed). Otherwise $125 per drain. $125 EACH. I asked for both tubs to be ""snaked cleaned"" but each tub of 5 minutes would have been $125. Be aware.
