They showed up when they said the would, and the serviceman definitely tried several times to clear the drain. He was unable to do so and did not charge me, but ended up damaging a pipe that had to be replaced.

Fast, reliable, friendly, affordable, respectful, caring, service oriented, conscientious, accountable, follow thru, easy to do business with...Yes, I am describing a plumbing company!! Not your usual experience with other plumbers, yet this was my experience yesterday when Rooter Man Plumbers came to help unclog my Mom's toilet...and they were on time...eee gads! We're verklempt!

Had a good experience with this company's service. This is the first time I've used them. Had a clogged-up kitchen sink. Their technician, Gustavo, was very curtious. He worked quickly and cleanly. No problem now. All fixed. We're back in the kitchen cooking and washing dishes.

I highly recommend Rooter Man!! Obviously no one wants to deal with unexpected sewer issues, but they made my first major problem as a homeowner as bearable as possible. They came out incredibly quickly and were extremely knowledgeable as they explained everything in detail along the way. Victor was there from beginning to end and was AMAZING! He calmly walked me through the issues and was there to guide during the evaluation and resolution. Hugo did all the repairs with Victor and was also awesome! They both went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done properly. Professional, knowledgeable, did an amazing job, and cleaned everything up. They were responsive, punctual, and communicative through the entire process. If you have any plumbing issues you should call Rooter Man. THANK YOU Victor and Hugo!!!

5 Stars for this company,, I had a toilet backed up, I called rooter man plumbing, and they sent out Oscar, he was very friendly, professional, efficient, and very fast, he assesed the problem, fixed the issue , cleaned up everything in no time at all!! would defiently call Oscar if I have any more plumbing issues,, Thanks Oscar!!

Our shower not draining, and sink overflowing up shower drain. Called plumber on Saturday. They said it would be $120 or $125 to come that day. They said $49 to come Monday to snake.

On Sunday I get a call in morning that they have a service guy nearby and he can come over. $49 to snake. And actually same price everyday.

The service man comes at 9:30 am on Sunday. He looks at bathroom and says they could make a hole in my dining room wall (other side of sink/shower) and create a permanent clean out . $650.

I said, can't you snake through drain in bathroom? He said they only have 15ft of snake so could try going through under sink, but it would cost $120.

I say, ""so why did they quote us $49?"". ""That's if you have a clean out."" I said, ""We do have a clean out ,outside"". ""No, you need a clean out here.""

First, no one mentioned anything about $49 if clean out, and I have 4 houses and I've only heard of a clean out needed inside. None of my clean outs are in bathrooms. Plumbers have gone through toilet or shower or sink in the past.

The guy calls his office and says, ""Are you guys not doing your job? Customer says they weren't told it's $49 if they have clean out."" The office says they'll listen to the recorded calls. Call back and they say yes, we told you ""$49 with clean out."" ""But I do have a clean out. No one specified I need a clean out here in bathroom. Never heard of such a thing. And you didn't give me price if I didn't have a clean out in bathroom. Big jump from $49 to $120."" Apparently all new homes since 1980 have to have clean outs in bathrooms.

Give phone back to plumber. They chatter and then he tells me, ""If you write us a good Yelp review, we'll only charge you $49. I'll just have to see and approve the review."" HA! Bait and switch and bribe. Fantastic, honorable service.

We proceed with snaking through the sink. In less than 10 minutes, the clog is cleaned out, and shower working find, no backup.10 min.

I have him look at my water heater that smells of gas. He asks me if I want to turn it on, if I can, otherwise it will be $80 for him to turn on my pilot. I said I could turn it on. In 30 seconds its on. We smell gas. We wait. He concludes (after spraying with water/soap) that there are no leaks on main gas source, so it is probably the heating unit and best thing would be to replace the whole unit. $500 for parts and labor. Or just put in a new water tank (since ours is 10 years old at least). Price would be $1900 since the tank is upstairs and he'd have to bring extra person (unless my husband strong enough to help him carry it up., then it would be $1700).

I had already gotten two other quotes for water tank and they were $1100 and $1450.

On the positive side, Andres ""seemed"" very nice and at a least warned me of prices before performing things, called office to tell them my price concerns, did fix the problem, and offered me the 30 day guarantee (as if that isn't normal, though I read now in many reviews they do that regularly, though making it sound special.)

I said I would pay the $120 and write whatever I wanted in review without their approval. Told him not to do anything with my water heater. bye bye.

Great technicians highly recommend they are quick and respond professionally. They were very knowledgable and fast paced and immediately found a solution to fix my restroom. They have there systems down each person has there own duties. Awesome company to work with they did a very tidy job!

I got an estimate for $75 for cleaning our Restaurant drain line. But they end up taking the toilet out and cost us $450 because the guy didn't have right tool. In top of that, they were trying to charge us additional $2000 to install a toilet. Yes, $2000 for replacing a toilet. Which I did it myself for less then $200.
Someone else came by and told me they could of clean the pipe without breaking the toilet at $100 or $150 depending on working hour.
I will never call this company for any service in the future.
After all this happen they called me 2 weeks later because of this review. Offer me $100 return to take this post down. I of course turned it down, because I think people should know what they are getting into with this company.
Hopefully they will do better service for other people.

I called Rooter Man.
They sent a technician, promptly.
When Albert got here, he inspected the complaint and then he advised us NOT to do anything, (at the moment), and to wait until the problem was more severe than it appeared to be.
He did not charge me a penny for coming out to our house, or for inspecting the drainage problem.
Albert was terrific.
Honest. Polite. Friendly.
What a great experience!
We have found a plumber that we can trust and rely on.
