Our bathroom downstairs was clogged. Since we are remodeling our bathrooms upstairs, I was freaking out. I looked online and found Rooter Man. They were quick to respond to my messages and sent out a plumber within the hour. Juan arrived within the time frame I was told, was friendly and explained the process to me. I am happy to say we now have a working toilet. Call Rooter Man, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Juan!

Our plumbing stopped working on a Sunday. Jacob and Daniel were so fantastic in explaining everything that needed to be fixed, what the different parts did and the process to fix everything that was wrong. I completely understood the problem as well as their approach to resolving the issue, I cannot express how much I appreciated the time they took to make sure I was on board with the plan. They did a fantastic job and were efficient and super friendly. Hopefully there are no more plumbing issues in the foreseeable future, but if anything arises this will be my first call!

We are nervous using any plumber we don't know. My husband and I can't say enough about Eric from Rooter Man. The scheduling was so easy and same day. The prices were fare but the service was AMAZING! Eric was so professional and reassuring. We were sure to grab a card and feel very comfortable calling again if our old pipes give us trouble with our full family using them. That man can go to bed at night knowing he has done a good job helping people and doing what he is so good at. What a life saver!

My niece Jennifer H. did my review posting for me since I had trouble finishing writing the review. To follow up with what was already said, I have more findings to say.
After the tenants moved out, I had moved back in my rental house in Huntington Beach. My finding of this property after spending $2375 on Rooterman service on April 16, 2020 is that one of the bathroom tubs is terribly clogged. My brother snaked out a hairball from this drain, was unable to unclog it. Not only the drain is clogged, it has also a terrible slab leak. Will I give RooterMan a chance to explain ""why after the $750 spending on camera and hydrojet, they did not find this issue?"" No, they just did not do what they signed up to do. I will never ever do any business with this shady company again.

i had to call back twice because robert did not return my call. eric his employee came out and did an o k job. three weeks later my bathroom sink clogged up again. called back, robert said he would check with eric. never heard back from robert. don't expect to get a call back if you are doing his special price.

Called them this morning about my water softener. They came out within an hour my tech was courteous n knew what the problem was and fixed it. Provided his card to contact him if I had a problem again. I would recommend them.

Both my toilets were backed up. I called Robert at Rooter man. He came over right away. He and his team were professional, clean, efficent and polite. Prices where explained prior and were very reasonable. I would deffinatly recommend Rooter man to everyone!!
