Gustavo came to my house today. He was very informative and did a GREAT job. We had good conversation and I found him to be respectful and courteous. Good sense of humor too. I happen to like people who can do the business they were called out to do and can have good conversation. I highly recommend, if you need a plumber ask for Gustavo. He did talk to me about hydrojet but was not pushy about it. I actually asked. A++++

Just like the reveiws in this collum stated. Total ripoffs who have no intention of honoring there advertised $49 special. 1st of all they guarentee they will be there in 45 min. Took them 2 hours to arrive. Once here he immediately came up with bullshit reasons why it was now going to cost $400 dollors to unplug the toilet. claiming that it is a mainline stoppage. Not a toilet backup like we claimed. We even removed the toilet for easy access. it doesnt get any easier then this type of of blockage. No roots. less then two minutes and he was done. yet he had tried to tell us that we needed a hydro-jet before even trying a conventional snake. we even had to put the toilet back ourselves. Trust me when i say this. this company and others like it. Well never tell you the truth. Never! No way ! no how. . But they will laugh at you as they drive off with 20 to ? amount of more money that you should of paid . There is not even one time that they will show up at your house and be truthfull of your situation. NEVER! They lie to every customer they have. And that is how the company wants it

Update: Real plumber came and actually snaked the lines. Pulled out some old wipies and clog was gone. $50.

Called for a clogged drain, but knew there were other parts of the plumbing waiting to go at an unknown time. Gustavo came out and was super courteous and helpful, walked me through what he was trying and why, and eventually got a camera to come out and see why things weren't working. Thank goodness he did, because live feed camera showed that our cast iron pipes (old) had blown out under the foundation, causing tons of sewage leakage and creating large muddy patches under the house, which was bad enough it was likely to risk the foundation if left unfixed. Thankfully we got to it in time, they determined that they could tunnel to the rupture instead of tearing up the house to get to it. Started working immediately, took care to even fix a sprinkler while they were putting things back. Turned an unpleasant emergency to about as nice an experience as it could be. Grateful for this team, was a very messy job.

Be careful this guys !!!! They make your problem look worse! To get more money! Innocent home owners get cheated !!! No idea what the problem is and this company took advantage !!! They charged us $350 for downpayment and they rush all the time sending their ""supervisor "" charging us $917!!!! Wow so we backed up and asked second opinion and all we need to do is to rent a snake equipment for freaking $60 for 4 hrs! And problem solved. Now they we can't get our money back! How pathetic this company is!

Clogged sewer. Called them with $49 at first and then it ended up costing $15500. Fucking liars threatened to leave the job half handedly and asked for more money. The $49 drain cleaning is just a bait. They trapped you into signing the contract without letting us read the context first. Those guys are scammers. Never let yourself face the same experience again. You will pay at least $1200 to call them to your home.

P.S: When I told them to try with snake which costs only $49, they only tried for 2 minutes and said that they are afraid forcing it too much could break the pipe. If they are that afraid, why would you even put the snake drain as an option.

Contacted Rooter Man to come out after I had horrible service with Roto Rooter and I'm so happy I found them! First off Roto Rooter sucks and their crooks! One of their plumbers came out for a clogged toilet, was only here for about 2 mins if that, did absolutely nothing, told me I would need to take the toilet out of the floor in order to get it unclogged and quoted me $685! I told him thanks but no thanks! He then proceeded to tell me no one else was going to be able to do the job and left. I was furious because he didn't even try to do anything first before jumping to $685! And when I say nothing I Mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Not even a plunger or snake! I then called Rooter man and they couldn't have anyone come out till the next morning which was understandable since it was already toward the evening of Sunday. Next day comes Rooter Man shows up on time and the Plumber is RALPH. He came in asked what happened, assessed the situation, and got right to work giving suggestions on what could be done. He went out got a tool and BOOM! Toilet was unclogged! All in a matter of 2 mins! He checked to make sure it flushed and checked the shower as well and everything was back up and running. Ralph was really cool, down to earth and helpful! He explained what everything was and explained how he was going to fix it! I appreciate Ralph and Rooter Man for exceptional service! Needless to say my total ended up being only $125 as opposed to $685 that idiot tried to charge me! Thanks again Ralph and Rooter Man!

Rooter Man was awesome. Cassandra who took my call was great and nice follow-up. Rodrigo who came out, was very courteous, and knew right away how to fix the clog. $49 for outside fix, if inside then $125 very fair and right on. Two big thumbs up, highly recommend, will call again, but hopefully not any time soon. Do not use the garbage disposal, it's only a matter of time.

I have a clogged kitchen sink. technician Jacob showed up less than an hour after I called. Jacob was very polite, didn't leave any mess and has shoe cover on entering our house, he get the job done unclogging the sink. He said he deployed about 40 feet of snake and ran water to make sure the clog was cleared. charged only $49, I'm glad I came across their website. Thank you Jacob!
