We had a leak. Manny showed us a picture of what he said was a hole in a pipe after jackhammering the slab. They started saying it would cost $6,000....The next day the charges climbed to $12,000......The third day it climbed to $17,000 and the fourth day the quoted $30,000. That's when I said STOP! I was going to get a second opinion. They said they we're going to jackhammer to the street but could place a liner in the existing pipes.
We paid the outrageous $17,000. Now a couple of months later (this is a rarely used guest room) our shower won't drain. Two plumbers couldn't unplug the drain. The third plumber showed us another picture of water swirling. Again the jackhammer is used in the same spot in the bedroom. Mounds of cement and dirt inside the house again. Now were told the liner was a short piece of plastic which was bent explaining why they couldn't pass the snake. We were also told Rooter Man didn't do the work they had charged us for!
Needless to say we're going to get a lawyer but I warn you don't use these crooks!

The company genuinely listened to my previous concerns and did everything in their power to rectify the situation. Rodrigo came out when expected and provided excellent service as well as a warranty on the parts. He was friendly, quick and professional. I would recommend Rooter Man to a friend.

Joseph came out to my house today due to a clocked bathroom sink. He was very friendly right off the bat. He found what was wrong with our sink after we tried fixing it many times. He explained everything that was wrong and explained what he was going to do before he Did it. I would really recommend Joseph for all your plumbing needs! A great guy!

I dealt with Rodrigo and Danny when my sewer line backed up. Rodrigo came out the same day and although he was able to temporarily clear the line, unfortunately the sewer line clogged with lots and lots of roots. After trying 2 or 3 different approaches it was decided to insert an entire new line inside the existing line. Although this was more expensive I couldn't be happier with the results. They were both very professional, understanding and extrememly prompt. I would highly recommend Rooter Man and hopefully, you will be lucky enough to get Rodrigo and/or Danny dispatched to your home.

paid $4,000 for a partial mainline relplacement. six months later-same problem with toilet and shower neither flushing nor draining. total b.s. I have 25 year ""warranty"" but I'm afraid they're gonna rip us off on something else.

My bathtub wouldnt drain and I spent hours trying to ""clear the clog"" myself. I used draino, plunging, and went to home depot to buy a snake but nothing. I finally gave in and found rooter man online. I called on a Saturday at 3:30pm and was given a same day appointment for 5pm-6pm. My plumber (Randall #36) was on time and cleared the clog but his snake got caught in what turned out to be a broken pipe under the tub. Randall went under my house and found the broken pipe causing the draining issues (and shared photos).

I havent decided the next step for the pipe repair (I'm hoping my home warranty plan will cover it) but I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend rooter man to anyone else in a panic with any plumbing issues!

What a great service. Eric C. was on time, really friendly and extremely thorough. We had several problems and Eric took care of all of them. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. We were able to get service a few hours after we called. Great job, keep up the good work!!!!!!!
