I have a preferred customer standing with Any Hour Plumbing, Heating and Air. But that did nothing for me, when I needed to have a drain unclogged. They said they could send a technician out in 3.5 day's time!!!

I called Rooter Kings, and George was at my door within the space of two hours.

My drain was unclogged, and I could go back to doing dishes without running the risk of having my basement flood!

I was appreciative of the fact that I was quoted a price up-front. And I printed a coupon off of their website, so I saved even more; on top of their (already) reasonable prices.

We had them out for an emergency drain cleaning and they got the water flowing. Less than a month later we had to call them again. Two months later the drain plugged again. They will get your drain flowing again, but they didn't clear our sewer line and it just backed up again, twice. Strike Three, you're out. Went back to my old plumber.

A big shout out to local business owner, Angel!! He responded to my call (water heater out) within a half hour after normal business hours. Polite, kind, professional and my bill wasn't devastatingly through the roof! I was so pleased with the reasonable charge after expecting a whopper of a bill. What initially seemed an easy fix turned into a few hours of work and not once did he express irritation. Definitely, i would recommend calling him...he's won my business. We had an emergency flooding situation late in the evening of a week night. We called Rooter Kings and they were at my house in less than 30 minutes. Angel was very knowledgeable and responsive and backed up his work %100. We called about five different places and went with Rooter Kings because they had the quickest response time. I was pleased to find out later that he charged me quite a bit less than the competition as well.

I suffered what I can only describe as a DIY snowball. The project was going okay then one issue created another, which created another, and suddenly the main water valve to my 40+ year old house was leaking.
It was then that I realized that I was outside of my ability level and needed help. Once I knew I needed a plumber I thought of Whipple because I hear their obnoxious radio ads all the time (they work by the way Whipple! We, the public hate them, but they work to get your name in people's heads). I called them, but they couldn't come for 2.5 hours. So my wife gets online and finds Angel and Rooter Kings. He was at my house in about 20 minutes, took a look at the problem and got right to work. I also had him give me a hand on another part of the project that I was having trouble with. I'm not very familiar with plumber pricing since this was the first time I've ever needed one, but his prices seemed very fair.
Angel was the first plumber I've ever had to hire, and though I hope to not need his help often, he'll be my first call from now on!

Angel is the man. He came over so quickly I felt as though I'd barely hung up the phone. My first impression was that his guy was cool- like some kind of rockstar among plumbers. He was totally chill and relaxed. Only when he begins to speak can you instantly tell how knowledgeable he is about what he's doing- as it seems to be sure that he knows much on many important subjects.

We live in a peculiar house. It's on a hillside, where there are many rattlesnakes and rabbits. Even the bugs are huge- but that's neither here nor there. Anyway, living on a hillside is treacherous- especially when mixing in our specialty downstairs pump - the ""Little Big Pump - with baby wipes from Costco. The ""Little Big Pump"" pumps all of our nasties up from the basement where they flow, and up to the street- where they flow out to all you people.

Anyway, not only should you not flush baby wipes- but if you have a ""Little Big Pump"", don't. Angel had to be having about the worst time of his career dealing with how gnarly our problem was, in the basement- but his resolve never waned. It was like watching St. George slay a dragon. I had to offer him an air deodorizer and scent mask, in order to protect his future views of our family- which he gladly accepted.

When he was done, he parted with few words- in moments. He was like a gunslinger leaving the bar. He didn't want much money- it's almost like he does it just to fight evil. Like a Ghostbuster who points his proton stream at toilets. He even left with some cleaner all over the crime scene in order to protect our little ones. I was worried that we may have demolished all of the rest of our toilets, but they worked properly afterwards- as though Angel had sent some kind of Plumber Magic up the pipes to bless our whole home.

I was so impressed, I had to pen these humble lines:

When your rumps are down in the dumps,

We were visiting my mother in law in Murray when we noticed some water in her basement. It turns out the water heater was leaking. My mother in law doesn't have a regular plumber so I checked out yelp for a good local company. I seen rooter kings had good reviews so i gave them a shot. Angel came out that same morning and gave us an awesome deal for Sunday emergency service. He even threw in a senior discount when i told him it was my mother in laws house. The job went really smooth, he laid tarps down to protect the floors and made sure the water heater didn't cause anymore damage. All in all my experience with Rooter kings was seamless, my mother in law has their magnet on her fridge for the next plumbing problem.
